Then, from that moment of signing 'on the dotted line' they were professional and communicative with all aspects of our job. A phone call or text to let us know arrival times, final measuring, window arrivals, etc. Once at our home, they were quiet, clean both inside and out and replaced our windows in one day. (Granted we had 'only' 17 windows all in a single story home.) They had a job for the morning lined out already, but said they could come by after. She also said she understood if we wanted to try someone else since it would be a while. I believe good things come to those who wait, so wait I did. As promised, Liz called this afternoon. They came out and ended up needing to drill our lock because of the new safety features it had. We also wanted our locks rekeyed to all match, and they were so patient as I went hunting for all of the sets. Rob also made sure all of the locks and door jams aligned. They explained everything and went above and beyond to take care of us, including getting rained on! I accepted his quote, paid on Saturday, and he ordered my windows. They took 4 weeks plus about a week or two to get a City of Waco permit. Mark Roberts was prompt and courteous. He tore out my 76 year old windows whose panes were falling out, and installed beautiful Pella windows. They are high-quality, double-paned windows at a very reasonable price. Mark cleaned up after himself, indoors and out. This is very important. I love my Waco Windows!
