Let me say, the guys who are dispatched to make the repairs were never the problem. The managers are incompetent and lack communication skills. I emailed the top manager, Keith, twice and never received any response from him. He passed my problems to the installation manager, Ashley. I had windows installed at the end of May. There were some minor issues, so in July, a technician came out to fix them. One window was missing channel trim. It doesn't seem like that would be major but apparently it was. They came out 3 times with the wrong part. I was told it needed to be ordered but it never was. I was the one who ALWAYS reached out. They would've brought the wrong part AGAIN had I not corrected Ashley. It baffles me that this company is still in business. I do love my windows, but I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend this company. It's just not worth it.

What ever they saved me cost me more in the long run. Will never use them again. Corporate office was garbage as well. The service in the beginning was good but the company's policies makes them bad. Material was good but doesn't make up for the bad service of not knowing when materials would be in or the fact the didn't care about the consumers schedule. Never again will I use or recommend.
