I have a 2011 Honda CRV due to an engine light. Traced it to a EVAP solenoid near the fuel tank. Replaced it, ran for a week, like came back on. Left the vehicle overnight again, replace charcoal canister. Ran another week, light came back on. Finally recommend I take it to a dealership... Upon picking the vehicle up to take in to the dealership, I inspected the car at home. Service department had broken at air cleaner mounting stud, failed to lock the middle seat in the seated position (left a screw driver, carpet roller back, failed to reinstall the fuel tank access cover (cover off, screws laying on the floor), complete backyard mechanic/I don't care actions. Previously had great service, this experience was horrific. Extremely disappoint in their performance, lack of attention to detail, and total disregard of car owners health and safety (without the cover, inside cabin CO content increased, gas vapors were prevalent). I will never be going back to belle tire EVER. I do not deserve to be mistreated because my truck is old and rusty. We walked in to a gentleman and told him we had a 1:00 tire rotation. He then looked outside at my truck and replied with "Im gonna go look at the truck cause I dont like the way it's sitting. Could be a busted frame." I understand my truck is in pretty poor condition so I was prepared for him to simply come in and say it's too risky and it's against their policy and safety to work on it. Well he came into the store and proceeded to tell me and my dad that my frame is "gone" and I need a new truck. Do not tell me what I do and dont need, I have had the truck over a year with no structural issues. My dad kindly replies with "The frame is rusty for sure but it's not gone" as it is after all my truck so he would know better than this fool. The employee proceeds to tell me and my dad to come back outside so he can try and prove my dad wrong and as he gets down to look under my truck he mutters "you think you know what the f*ck you're talking about". THE AUDACITY. THE SHEER AUDACITY to tell us we dont know what we're talking about. I mean it is MY truck after all buddy. Anyway he started arguing with my dad because my dad pointed out the fact that he is swearing at his customers and he responds with "Im a grown man, I can do what I want." What a fool. I have seen better behaved 5 year olds. We got the manager involved and he was apologetic which I appreciate and I told him I have owned the truck for over a year and done plenty of things including off roading with it just fine. HORIRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you dont like mechanics who think they know more in 45 seconds about your truck than you do in over a year, then stay away from belle. read more

I stopped in 30 minutes before closing because I was losing pressure in a tire, but the manager said he'd just let his tire guy go for the day. I went to fill my tire with their (free!) air, and got lucky and found the screw causing the leak in the middle of the tread. When I went back in and told the manager to ask whether I should pull it or leave it in, he ran into the garage and caught the tire guy before he had left and asked him if he'd fix it. Ten minutes later I was on the road, and the best part was they didn't charge me a dime. Ah-mazing. read more

Been there a few times and they've always given me great service. First time I went (during the time it was "Tireman") because I needed a window fixed. It had been knocked off the track and they were able to put it back, replace the track and install a new motor without me needing to go to a specialty shop and pay nearly a grand. That was already great! The second time I went in, I needed new tires and an oil change. They noticed my SVC tire sensors were all burnt out, and again they were able to replace them without me needing to go to a specialty shop or a dealership. I was able to get my car taken care of and drive it for the first time in months without the "check engine light" glaring at me. I'm hoping that the service will remain just as great even after being bought out and rebranded! read more

Okay I am changing my review from negative to positive. My husband had a bad experience with trying to set an appt including some rudeness by staff HOWEVER he kept the appt and they did an awesome job, found the problem and helped diagnose another issue and were very nice and professional. I do think they need to work on getting their stories straight on setting appts and wait times thus why only a 4 star (would have been 5 without that hassle). read more
