I received a great price for replacing my sun roof. I was informed they found a used sunroof and,…read moreI was ok with that. The dissatisfaction came while checking out My roof the workers damaged My retractable shade. The damage was done the day of inspection. They pulled my car in.. allowed me to have a seat in their waiting area while they checked out the sunroof. I received a price .. paid the deposit and, was told I would receive an appointment time. When I arrived home I put plastic on the roof tI cover the hole to prevent water from getting inside my car. I noticed the shade was damaged and, I took picture. The day of my appointment I took the car in. I asked the technician to repair the shade. He told me that he wouldn't be able to because, that's not something he does and, I would have to talk to the company. I called the office because, it took more than a couple hours I was told. I spoke to Skip the owner and, I informed him of the damage and, it brought it to the technicians attention. Skip told me he would make some phone calls and, I told him I would be on my way. when I got to the office. I asked him about repairing the sunroof. He stated that Brandon doesn't work on the weekends and, He would talk to him on Monday. Monday I text and sent the pictures. I received a text from Skip saying He would call me later that day or , in the morning. When Skip called He stated that he had some information I wasn't going to hear. He told me his employers did not damage the retractable shade but, he was going to try to come up with a solution to where we both would be happy. He called me a second time and, we're going back and, forth him arguing that his company didn't damage my shade when indeed they did. They day I took my car in for the estimate.. His guy sat in my drivers seat while I sat in the passenger seat. He retracted the shade a couple times before He pulled my car into the repair garage. There was no damage to the shade before the inspection. The price was great but, now I have to find another company to repair or replace The retractable shade. The review would have been great until the damage and, unprofessionalism from Skip arguing with me as he stated "He doesn't want to have to come out of pocket" and his company did not do it when He was only there to receive payment. Glad the sunroof was replaced. Unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism from the Owner and, the extra cost I will incur.

Left the vehicle overnight again, replace charcoal canister. Ran another week, light came back on. Finally recommend I take it to a dealership... Upon picking the vehicle up to take in to the dealership, I inspected the car at home. Service department had broken at air cleaner mounting stud, failed to lock the middle seat in the seated position (left a screw driver, carpet roller back, failed to reinstall the fuel tank access cover (cover off, screws laying on the floor), complete backyard mechanic/I don't care actions. Previously had great service, this experience was horrific. Extremely disappoint in their performance, lack of attention to detail, and total disregard of car owners health and safety (without the cover, inside cabin CO content increased, gas vapors were prevalent). Just plain stupid stuff...

I went here due…read moreto good reviews and decided to have my windshield done here due to lower price compared to the big boys. He wanted $265 to replace versus 375 to $425 for others. I went by here to see if a rock repair was feasible. To big of a chip. He called me back to schedule and I opted for an at home visit. It rained in the day of the scheduled visit so he asked me to come in. He could have done the repair in my garage but I thought ok. He also told me it was $15 extra using a card versus cash. Ok. Steep fee but ok. I dropped off my car and he said it would be done in an hour. I decided to grab a bite. He did call me back within the hour. It also seems that he is a one man show so he does the repairs and customer service. It took a minute to finalize the pick up. Overall he was cordial and friendly.
