I went to Belle Tire in Jackson Michigan Saturday 10/25/25 because my back tire had been leaking air. They told me the belts on the inside of my tire is broke. I asked them how something like that happens. He states it can happen from a nail puncture. So I end up buying a NEW tire, later that night my new tire needed air, but the place was closed, and they don't open on Sunday. So I went back today Monday; 10/27/25. The 1 guy tells me I would have to wait nearly 3 hours before they could get my car in. After going back and forth a 2nd guy steps in and states they will get my car in as soon as a spot opens and check it out. The 1st guy tried to comment, but I told him I was talking to guy #2 he made some weird facial expression, and I looked at him like I wish you would, but said let me call my husband. After guy #2 helps me I hand them my keys, and the 1st guys goes out to my car to 'look' it over. He comes back in and they tell me I ran over a nail. In the very tire they just paid nearly $400 for, and they would "PATCH" it. Mind you I give the dude my key. He walks outside and snaps a photo and comes back in and shows me the nail. They didn't even have to put it on the heist to 'find' it - hummmmm!!!!!! Remember I had to call my husband to come because I was PISSED off and there no telling how that might play out and at this point I was like yall on some BS... They already told me I needed new tires Saturday, but at my oil change the checked out fine. So, when my husband arrives he asked for the old tire. They states it was just scrapped today. How convenient????? He asked about the belts on the new tire since it has also been puncture, the guy stated he hadn't looked on the inside of the new tire. I just don't think I drove over a nail with the SAME tire I just replaced. Nevertheless if you sold me a new tire because I ran over a nail and it broke my belts why didn't you check the belts on this tire after the nail was in it. Stopped to have a replacement tire checked for a fast leak. I got a next-business day appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. They got started right away. I have the Protection Plan so the nail repair was free and completed at a location other than the original purchase location. And ya' gotta love the free air at the best air pumps of all time! Came in for an alignment and they kept trying to say that I had all these things wrong with my car which was a lie I took it back to my mechanic it was two turns of a bolt and it would have been tightened and they were trying to charge me an arm and leg for then I get that fixed go back to have the alignment done and then they try to tell me that there's something wrong on the other side now when the guy checked both sides before I left out of the shop to go back to Belle Tire this place is a joke all they want you to do is spend money they try to find things wrong that are not wrong to make you spend more money than you have to it's a rip off and a joke and then don't be a female coming in by yourself because they're really going to try to take advantage of you then because they assume you don't know anything about vehicles. Had all new tires put on my Honda Pilot. The next day one tire was already going flat. I called immediately and they said they could get me in first thing in the morning and take care of it. Seemed like a strange situation for a new tire to be leaking already, but they informed me it could have been due to my wheel or when the tire was replaced some damage could have occurred to the tire itself. Our family was on the side of the road as my husband explained and three were standing around doing absolutely nothing and leaving myself and my terminal son and my husband stranded and refused to swap out a tire that literally would have taken 5 minutes they told my husband that they couldn't get to it until tomorrow night. Seriously!!! This is the damn holidays and I have lost all faith in humanity and will never do business with belle tire again. I had a 10am appointment on Saturday Aug 14th. When I pulled in it looked like every work bay was occupied. The lobby was all lined up waiting at the counter. When my turn came they checked me in & said to have a seat. Only 5 min passed and one of the guys called for me and we walked out to my car. Within 10 min or so my car tire stem was fixed. I had 4 new tires just installed in May 2021. They are always very courteous and patient and helpful@ this Belle Tire. The guys that worked on my car were NATHANIEL J. MALE & - NICHOLAS B. OVERBAUGH. I was 10 minutes early for my 12 oclock appointment. At 12:20 i was approached by a salesman. The belle tire did have have the appropriate tools to finish their job. I had to drive all the way home (which is about 40 minutes) to get a tool that they SHOULD have had!! I then had to wait another HOUR and some odd because i was "late" to my appointment!! I got no kind of compensation or anything in return for this and i will not be going to the jackson belle tire again! I have to give them a one star review only due to the fact that they give a military discount. They are exceptionally disorganized. Scheduled the work weeks out for a windshield replacement and an oil change. They approached while my vehicle is being worked on and notified me that the oil filter hasn't arrived. They only found this out same day of the scheduled repair. This is one of MANY issues I've experienced at this particular location. My recommendation is to either utilize a different location or use a different business locally. It's a shame, all this potential with unmatched poor management. read more

Jackson location short on customer service. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for my rotation. I called 6 days before my appointment because I needed a repair and was told couldn't get a repair for 4 days. Asked if it could be repaired on the day of my appointment already scheduled. Yes absolutely they said. AAA put on the spare on, when I got to my appointment was told couldn't repair the tire needed a new one. Would be the next day maybe before I could get it done. I would have ordered the tire a week ago if I wasn't assured the tire could be repaired. Missing more work. Many people are struggling with help these days but this was an avoidable waist of my time. read more

No wonder they have such low rating, worst place for business Misleading and bad service, they tried to charge me $500 for bad parts although I had the same car inspected in 3 different places - Dodge Extreme - Midas and my certified mechanic - vehicle got approved NO ISSUES with my car - all due to a personal problem with one of the staff - I was recommended by the corporate to take my business somewhere else or any other belle tire location than jackson location. I would be gladly not to deal with Belle Tire Jackson and to go to any other place Midas and Discount tires - best service integrity and best prices too. read more

Had always gone to Discount Tires. 2 months ago needed new set for Acura RL (pricey!). Went to DT first and they were wishy-washy as to how soon they can get the tires. So went to Belle's. Got a better price and confirmed time for installation. Today went back because one of the tires has a slow leak. Problem taken care of within 30 minutes. Great service overall. read more

They won't do an alignment if there is something wrong with your vehicle, and they only thing wrong I had was a bolt they had unstick so I got my car fixed and an alignment. My car rides much smoother now. read more

My experience and expectations were met and appreciated. My visit was timely and wait during COVID-19 in the waiting area was to code with 6 ft. social distance spacing and I watched the guys behind the counter spray and wipe down surfaces after each contact and they wore their masks. I had an air leak and tire rotation and I expected a hard sell for services and was very pleased that the associate was very up front with good information and explained that my tires were in good shape and probably wouldn't have to be checked again until fall. Very bad service! Spent over $500 on winter tires from Belle tire and took our bmw in to have them installed and NOT once did the "mechanic" come and alert us to the fact that they saw anything that looked alarming, mind the car was absolutely SOUND prior to driving into Belle Tire! Driving out if Belle tire the car clanked rattled and right fron end felt like the tire was gonna wobble off. Took it back and they claimed at this point that we had a bad leaking strut! According to Belle tire it is required they look and tell you if they see something wrong. Oh yea we had it there the day after Thanksgiving and they claim due to being busy they didnt have time haha okayyyyy! So we've been battling with corporate and they see no fault and want to charge over $500 when they already made over $500!! Very very disgusted in how this matter us being handled! read more

I have used Belle tire in the past for various thing. I showed up at 7:30 (when they recommend I get there to get in and out the fastest). Needed basically a tire rotation pull winter wheels and tires off and put summer wheels and tires on. 20 lug nuts removed and replaced. Going on 3 hours and they haven't even taken my car in yet. That's right, nothing has been done. People that arrived after me have come and gone and my car just sits there. When I ask they tell me I'm next, but different cars seem to go in and out when I'm next. 3 hours for a tire rotation is not good customer service in my book. If they didn't want to do it, just say, it's not our thing and I would go to Discount tire where I can wait probably as long, but something would get done. I may be here 4-5 hours more at this rate. read more

Stright up getter's!!! took my car into them and wanted a alignment after I personally just replaced my wheel hubs and struts all the way around, they told me that my front right wheel hub mounting bolts where lose. So I ask them if they could just tighten the bolts back tight!!! and then he said they would have to replace the hole hub because the hub was bad and they wanted 397$ for the alignment and to replace the front right hub. And they couldn't give me a aliment until the hub got fix so I took my car back home i checked the hub and come too find out the bolts where tight smh I took my car too g force and they gave me a aliment no problem for 75$ read more

Great service from this group of folks again this morning. Had a nail in my tire, got me in and out fast.

I am not the type of person that writes very many reviews, but in this case, when a person has an 8a.m. appointment to simply change the oil and rotate the tires, it probably shouldn't take 1 1/4 hours to complete the job. Especially when the customer (me) is looking out the bay windows into the garage where all of the employees are clustered together just talking until the guy and the front desk goes back into the work area and those employees scatter before your very eyes. Suddenly they are 3 minutes away from completing the job. I was the only customer there for most of the time although 2 other people came in around 8:45a.m. In the past, I have had Belle tire employees complete the very same job in 35 minutes. This is the second time in the last two visits it has taken more than an hour to perform these tasks. Now instead of looking forward to visiting and relaxing for a few minutes in the comfortable lounge and sipping complementary coffee, I dread the day that I have to show up for an appointment. read more

Beware. I visited this location after I needed a flat tire repair. The shop advised me at that time I needed both my front/rear brakes replaced with the wear being significant enough that I needed both the pads and rotors replaced. Foolishly, I had them replace the rear brakes and waited on the front brakes. Weeks later, I gave the Belle Tire a call to confirm the price and they pulled up the estimate they had originally quoted for around $450 that indicated I needed both the pads/rotors replaced. Instead of going back to to Belle Tire, I contacted my mechanic and setup an appointment to have my brakes taken care of. Shortly after dropping my vehicle off with my mechanic they called me and said my brakes were fine and whoever told me I needed them done lied. The only thing my mechanic said needed to be done was my tires were off balance and I needed an alignment (yet a tire shop couldn't find this?!). I contacted Belle Tire's corporate office to let them know what happened. Corporate had seen the estimate for the front brakes and confirmed the price with me, but after speaking with the local branch said they never told me I needed my front brakes done. Funny, because corporate had seen the estimate and I had just confirmed the estimate with them as well. If my brakes were fine why would they try to charge me for both pads and rotors? If corporate would have handled the situation instead of trying to cover up a scam, I would have simply wrote off the Jackson location, but still kept my business with Belle Tire. However, I now know that corporate does not take care of their customers when situations arise. Giving customers estimates for jobs that doesn't need to be done is a SCAM and knowing that corporate does not stand by not tolerating this is a shame. read more

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I came in a few days ago to see if they can fix a flat on one of my tires. I was told from one the Customer Service Rep that they too busy for the rest of the day to help me. I bought my tires from Belle Tire at the Belleville, MI location and received excellent service and I was expecting the same at this location. I had to go to a competitor (Budget Tire) and they were just as busy and still managed to fix one of my tires in less than 30 minutes. Even though I had to pay $15, it was worth it. And to think that I bought my tires from Belle with the warranty, I couldn't get help when I had an emergency. I also felt insulted by the customer rep when he keeps winking and smiling (more like a laugh) at me when he told me he can't me that day or the rest of the week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm just glad your competitor in town had provided better service and cared more even though I did not purchase my tires from them. I guess I know where I'm getting my tires when I need it. read more

NEVER, NEVER, GO TO THIS BELLE TIRE. If I could give worse than a one star I would. This was the worst tire shop experience of my life. They refused to sell me just one tire for my son's car which had a huge hole in it from him running into a rock. The car has 209,000 miles and they said it needed all 4 tires replaced due to lack of existing tread. My son had just bought the car , 2001 MERCEDES SUV from our neighbor who had just replaced all tires prior to selling it to us. I explained that it was a very old car and had just had all tires replaced. I thought they were treating me this way because I am a woman so I left and sent my husband back. He was told same thing they could not replace one tire only. The guy at the counter kept telling me he was not trying to up sell at least 10 times, when obviously that was his only motivation. My husband drove the car across the street to dealer who replaced one tire for us. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau on Monday. read more

I'm very disappointed with Belle Tire lately. I used to be able to walk in and get a problem sorted out in a timely manner. A couple weeks ago, I walked in to address a very slow leak in one tire and was told they were too busy that day. They also said that if I wanted it looked at any day that week, I'd have to leave it there for the day. I'm sorry, but who has the time and ability to drop their car off whenever they need a small tire issue fixed? Fast forward to today. I happened to be nearby when that same tire with the slow leak had had enough and became a very fast leak. I only just made it to the Belle Tire lot. It was about 1:00, and they again told me I'd have to leave it there. At about 5:00, I called to get an update and they said they would TRY to get to it before they closed at 8:00. My dad snagged his portable air tank and met me there so I could take my business elsewhere. We ended up at Budget Tire which was also busy but got me in and out in less than a half hour and didn't charge me a dime. I think Belle's problem is that they're taking too many appointments and are unable to accommodate walk-ins these days, which means I have no use for them. read more
