After dropping off the kids, i went to St. John's church. In checking out the tires, one looked way more flat than low. After Mass, I called AAA for help. The young man assisted with inflating all the tires. 3 were low, but the 4th had only had 5# pressure. He suggested that i get it checked before driving back to OH. He referred me to Regal Tires saying they would definitely help with minimal wait time. I drove straight there and was instantly welcomed. EVERY person on the staff was professional, friendly and reassuring. They immediately noticed a screw and promptly acted to repair the tire. I bought a pair of very expensive tires from this place, and I was told that for the lifetime of…read morethe tires I would receive free rotation which I'm a stickler about. First time I took my tires in for a rotation. I asked them to crisscross them like the owner manual states for more even wear they said they did not do that. They just took the front tires and placed them on the same side to the back. So I waited a month or two and took it back for a second time and told them I wanted the tires rotated in a crisscross pattern. Now at this point I don't trust them because of how they did it the first time so I numbered my tires. When the job was finished, I looked at the number pattern and all they did was take the two front tires and swapped them from right to left in the front and the back tires from right to left in the back. This is a simple task and for them to do this twice to me I'm done. They lost a loyal customer today.

Call to check on my vehicle no one answers the phone and they don't return calls. When they did finally answer it was "if we're not fast enough you can take it to a bigger shop", this was after they had started taking it apart. I realize replacing a transmission is a big job and takes time but the lack of communication and disrespect about what's going on. A month and a half later I pick up my car and they tell me one of there employees put $50 dollars worth of gas in my car instead of the $20 they were told to so they charged me for that. I went to turn on my A/C and it was blowin hot air so I had to pay $90 to recharge that because they didn't after unhooking the line. My front mud flaps were all melted from something! Unless you want to be disrespected ripped off, and not told everything else that happened to your vehicle, I would advise you not to go to Foster's Automotive Service in Jackson, MI.
