I originally had a frustrating experience after bringing my vehicle to Ultimate Auto Repair for what I expected to be a routine oil change. When I left, I noticed loud noises coming from underneath the car and later discovered the underbody shield had not been reinstalled properly. At the time, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. That said, I want to update my review to reflect that the team did follow up and corrected the issue within a week. They made sure everything was properly secured and the vehicle has been running as it should since then. While the initial visit wasn't ideal, I do appreciate that they took care of the problem. Absolutely satisfied! I took my vehicle in for a few repairs and was met by a very knowledgeable and extremely capable staff and crew. I was given a loaner vehicle to help me get around while my vehicle was out of commission. If you are in need of auto work check this place out you won't be disappointed. I didnt go through with repairs because I found a cheaper alternative/work around to the problem but if I have another issue in the future I can't avoid I'll bring my car back there. Went to midas and the guy said my engine was bad and recommended I go to ultimate. Got there expecting the worse. Luckily, this honest company inspected my misfire and fixed the issue for a few hundred bucks. Could've taken me for a lot more but were very honest and experienced.
