Took my car here for breaks. All four brand new with roaters. When I got it back my breaks squeal like they are old/used and they were not right, I had to step on the break hard to come to a stop. I took it back told them my issue they guy said it was normal for new breaks? What? They said they would scuff the pads so they don't squeal and check for air. Picked it back up the second time and they still squeal and are still terrible breaks. Front check out guys are friendly but I hate I paid all that money for a poorly done job. When I go through drive throughs you can hear my breaks squealing. Wish I had a bummer sticker that said yes that noise is my car and yes these breaks are new got them at Bell Tire for an advertisement of where not to go. Wish I could give 0 stars. This place is SCAM CENTRAL. I'm not joking. Go to a small town tire place. Your purchase, that is WELL OVERPRICED to begin with, is constantly met with forced and projected up-sales to draw more money out of you. The over manicured boys are just working the front desk to sweet talk you into but "break pads" or "lug nuts" or "alignments" etc. I promise you, PROMISE YOU, your money and time is better spent elsewhere. A shame that people still get scammed out of their hard earned money because they're told "something's not right" to a stressed out customer that just needs a new tire(s) You're punching down, and taking advantage of people is vulnerable situations. Any 4 or 5 star reviews are probably "bots" or employees giving false and vague reviews to save their crappy employment. read more

I don't know if they dont like women or just a bunch of Sexist. they are rude to people. told me my car would be done in 45 minutes. i sat there about 2 and a half hours waiting and nothing happened. all they care about are themseleves and not the customers one bit. I have come to this location for tire service twice now and both times got excellent, professional service. I was recommended by a friend who has had good experiences with Belle Tire as well. The second time i believe there was some type of miscommunication (minor, and my husband was handling this part so I am not able to state 100% what exactly happened) which the company handled very well and resolved it. Hence why I still give them a 5 star review, because not only is it important to deliver a good product and service but its also important to see how things get handled when hiccups occur. Appreciate the professionalism and expertise these guys offer. read more

They took a look at my truck because of a squeaky noise coming from the wheels and they found it and fixed it up real quick free of charge. They pointed out some things that need replacing but couldn't do so because I had a road trip that morning but they also didn't push it like they were trying to rip me off. They handed me a sheet and said these were the things they saw and said to tell my mechanic in DC to take a look at these. Great job and thanks read more

I can't speak to their tires, but I'm writing a review to compliment Belle on their excellent customers service. I needed a compressor pump to seat a tubeless bicycle tire, so I drove over to Belle because I knew they offered free air. Unfortunately, the compressor outside wasn't powerful enough to do the job. One of the technicians saw me struggling and came over to help even though they were about to close. He took the tire inside to his compressor and worked with it untl he got it sealed and inflated to pressure. When I do need car tires, I will come see them solely based on that experience. read more

Needed to replace a tire with a slow leak. Cant buy just 1 tire, so I bought 2. While waiting I was told my brakes needed replaced immediately. Was told it would cost $400. I made the decision to wait because I didn't have a good feeling about what they had said to me. I took my car elsewhere and my brakes DID NOT NEED REPLACED! Come to find out I know 3 women in the last month they have done this to. Be aware of this and SHAME ON YOU FOR LYING To ME. read more

Nicholas saved the day! I had a group of ladies with me on a girls trip to the Covered Bridge festival. We stayed at a local hotel and woke up to a flat tire. We were able to get to the shop. Nicholas welcomed me with a smile...which was great because I was not smiling! He was so plesant and we were done in less than an hour and back on the road! Only interested in selling tires. Had front end alignment. Still pulling to the right just as hard. Never said there was a problem with the tires until they charged $100 for the alignment now all 4 tires are bad. Coming here was a waste of time and money. read more

Had to come in completely last minute. Accidentally overfilled my oil and was steaming all the way there! They took me in no question and were able to drain my oil and get me a new oil change along with it. Thank you to Chris and the Crew for letting me in on such short notice! My first interaction was over the phone, someone answered on the first ring! Jason was helpful and patient, as I requested a lot of things being done to the car. When coming in to drop off my keys, Jason helped me choose the best tires and rims for my vehicle. Jason was patient and didn't try to sell me to the most expensive item either. read more

My trip to Belle Tire was all about my privacy being violated. I was loosing air continually in a tire, after finding out that there was a two hour wait I opted to go first thing in the morning the next day. They took my car back and after about 20 minutes they call my name to say that they cant find the special socket for my wheel.... Wondering why they dont have a universal.....they are available on Amazon! I told them that we had it, just needed to look for it. Since this was my first tire problem with this car I had forgotten that they would need that. When I went out to the garage to my car I found the contents of my glove compartment and both sections of my center console all over the car....on the seats, on the floor....and grimy hand prints all over the place. Oh my gosh, they had gone through my car!!!! In 50+ years I have never had anyone do this. I really couldn't believe it. I asked to speak to the manager who didn't think there was anything wrong with that and asked me what I would like him to do about it. My privacy was violated and what about respect, honor, or integrity? I was sitting right there on the other side of the window.....why didn't they just come and ask? I was so angry that I couldn't remember where the socket was and at this point I didn't want them to work on my car anymore anyway. I gave them permission to work on a tire, not go through my entire car. Im just curious.....would this have happened to a man? Would this have happened to someone driving a Jag? What if this had happened with your 16 year old daughter? Just sayin'! Never going back. Left and went to Tire Barn Warehouse in Terre Haute where they fixed my tire for no charge. read more

Save your money and go some place else. You get what you pay for. Brought very expensive wheels here they scratched the inner lip on a few, left them on the pavement,(little stretch on the tire) so the lip was on concrete, continued to have 2 valve stems rip over the next day, left me stranded. Recently just had another bad valve stem and actually blew my tire out luckily the sidewall of the tire saved my wheels! read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer. I went to Belle tire on recommendations from my family to have some brakes put on my significant others car. When they quoted me the price and then proceeded to wheel and deal with me I kindly said no thank you because my partner wanted to get a second opinion for services. That was apparently the wrong thing to do... The salesman who helped me completely became put off and borderline bullied me about my decision in saying no thank you. He then proceeded to badmouth the dealership that I had mentioned getting another opinion from. He was also unprofessional and said my significant other would come running back to Belle Tire when she went to get a second opinion. I was humiliated. Frankly it was unacceptable and so unprofessional. I've been in sales for over a decade. It's ok to say "no thank you" as a customer. I could not get out of this place quick enough. I would not go back and spend a dollar of my money in this business, nor would I recommend services to any of my family or friends. read more

Lined up tires for my daughter with being out of state took a chance with Belle Tire. had them put on Michelin Defender TH tires did not want cheap ones for my Daughter.Everything went great until 2monthes later when she ran over a screw. Tire was not going flat so not sure why they put a cheap Mastercraft tire for a replacement along with the 3 new Michelin's. Not only did they mix manufactures they added a $25.00 warranty to that cheap tire. Also she had a $90.00 5qt Synthetic oil change what a bargin! Funny had to change the engine air filter and cabin filter myself you would think that would have been checked. I recommend Belle Tire if you are independently wealthy. read more

We had an appointment at 5pm for new tires and alignment. We got there and they said their alignment guy had went home at five. So we left our vehicle there overnight. (The guy was very rude) fast forward to the next evening we have no word from them so we call at 4pm to see if it's done and he said yes. I asked was the alignment done and he said no and my guy has gone home for the day. I was very upset and said someone needs to figure this out. He said he would. He called back in ten minutes and said oh the parts are seized we can't do the alignment but if we want to leave it again we can try on Monday (we dropped it off Friday) . The second econd guy was also rude and said "it's not my fault I'm being thrown In the middle of this". And proceeded to tell me he'd been yelled at by customers all day ( I wonder why) Which to say the least was unprofessional. He did offer the alignment for free if I bought new parts and brought them in. Which I declined. With the integrity they showed I would not trust them to install suspension parts on my wife's car. read more
