Well, I had many other bad places before I found my Westheimer spot but that's another story. I'm going to be honest that I'm not the great with cleaning my lashes - all I do is put some soap on the brush and roll through the lashes....i believe in supposed to wash wash them but I'm always afraid of them falling off. Helen cleans them very well before she even starts removing ones that have grown too long. I've never had a tech do that since most probably don't want to remove more than they should so they can refill less. So I honestly dont know if it's because she cleans them so well that they have stayed on very well between refills or is just that she has good techniques.....either way, I'm glad I found her! And she goes above and beyond to make sure ur eye area is perfect..... you'll understand what I mean when you give her a shot.

After my appointment my eyelashes looked good but not that lifted. The next day after cleaning them I notice that my right eyelash doesn't look lifted AT ALL, and my left eyelash is barely lifted now. I call and they schedule me for a correction for the right eye. That was on Monday. Its now Wednesday and my right eyelash has just fallen again, not completely, but lower than my left eyelash. Before going in they said "for longer eyelashes you'll probably need to come back 24-48 hours after you appointment to get them lifted again for $60". Honestly I shouldn't have even went there after hearing that because it just seems like they barely lift your lashes, so you can go back there and get them lifted again for $60. I haven't tried the eyelash extensions from here, but I will never be going back so honestly I would save your time on getting the eyelash lift because they will just tell you to come back for $60 if they don't lift.
