It was such a terrible experience. It was my first time getting my nails done. I asked for just gel, they charged me for a different more expensive service and didn't tell me the price, it was only shown on the bottom of the receipt. They used the wrong color and ignored me and my friend when we asked why it looked so different three or four times. The gel itself looks bad both in color and quality. It was terrible. This is the most unhappy I have ever been with getting my nails done! Both my sister and I went Friday night and my nail tech first did not know what matte nails were and secondly I had to have one of my nails redone 3 times because it was put on so crooked I could not even close my hand. The nail was sitting almost sideways on my Finger and when they fixed it they just layer a new nail on top of the cut down fake nail. My nails were suppose to be coffin shape, I kept asking her to make them thinner and more shapely and finally gave up after I realized she could not achieve the look I was going for. this is the worst manicure experience I have ever had. It seemed the lady doing my nails had absolutley no experience doing a simple dip manicure. she was sloppy and did over 6 coats on each nail. Additionally, the shaping was outrageous and totally uneven. I am embarrassed to be seen with these nails. I was shocked I was able to make it out the door before crying. The price was also ridiculous and I could tell they were talking about me after speaking up for myself, which already takes a lot of courage. I will never go back and if you see this review I highly highly highly recommended you never step foot in the establishment. read more
