I was skeptical since the first time I had my brows done (at another salon) I walked out looking like Gracho Marx. After my experience at Extreme Lash, I was pleasantly surprised. Annie at Extreme Lash and Brows has always done a great job on my lashes. I typically get a refill every 3 weeks because they last longer than some of the other places I've gone too. I get the classic set of lashes. These tend to look more natural than the others. Now, if you like them thicker or longer or even shorter she offers this to you as well. You also have the option of using a thinner lash. Most lash studious don't offer this. I like it because my hair is fine in comparison to other people. So, when you see women especially my age (In their 40's) who have the thicker diameter lash you can really tell they are fake because each single lash is so thick in comparison to their hair. I like the natural look. Although, if I do have a special event sometimes I will get a different style. My eyes are almond shaped, not the typical round eye, she will even help you decide the style based on your shape eye. I like mine to look as they would if I had mascara on with just a tad more length and Annie always accomplishes this for me. I posted 2 pics...1st pic is front view and 2nd is side profile. I just had them done 1 week ago so, this is an accurate representation of what they would look like. I also made sure that I did not brush them so that you could see how they lay and what they look like when you wake up in the morning. Some lashes you have to brush and brush and brush to get them straight after waking up. With Annie's application you do not. although, you do want to brush them to get a good separation before you leave the house...it just makes them prettier. read more

Made my appointment a day prior and paid a deposit. Come the day of and the front desk says the tech is still with a client I said no problem I can wait a few. 30 minutes go by and still nothing, I asked the front desk how much longer and the girl who seems to not care much about what's going on she's just there to fill a seat said it would "probably" be 5 more minutes. 5 minutes went by and I said that's it, I asked for my money back and left. They were still not ready for me. Do not waste your time on a business that does not respect or care for you or your time. read more

It's been a good place to my girlfriend but lately these past 2 times she's gotten them done she has woken up with her eyes swollen. The first time it happened we thought maybe since it was a different lady that did the set this time that's why they got infected, but nope her lady came back in town and she got her lashes redone and same thing she woke up the next morning with her eyes swolen. We went in right away and the lady said maybe it's allergies but I'm sorry no this is not allergies this has never happened in the years of getting her lashes done. And yes we do clean the lashes regularly. It's the simple fact of she woke up the day after getting them done and they were infected. They lady told us there is no refund which is just wrong. My girlfriend has been going to her as a loyal customer and this is how she gets treated. It's just sad. We talked to the lash lady in person and genuinely seemed like she didn't care. Just spent 1 hour and 55.00 to walk out with lashes falling off onto my face and in my hair. Ann performed my service. I have used lash extension for 2 years and never had this happen until I walked into Extreme Lash and Brows in Friendswood. Will not repeat that experience again. Plenty of places to have your lashes put on but this is not one. When asked at least for a discount with the managers response "I can not do that". So first time ever getting lash extensions. But I know what happened wasn't supposed to. First thing I noticed was the pain in my left eye, and when I get home to inspect the area further to try to figure out what was wrong...noticed that the tech had glued my bottom lashes to my top eyelid and half my eye was glued closed from it. I had to cut my own bottom lashes with scissors to get them unstuck from the top lid. Then today noticed more pain in my left eye, one of my lashes was bent down into my eyeball. My whole left eye is swollen and red and painful, it looks like I got punched in the face and if gets worse I'm going to the e.r. This place jacked me up and messed up my eye and I'll never get eyelash extensions done again ever, first and last time thanks to this. read more
