Google Maps estimated it would taken ten minutes; he drove for twenty-five minutes, going past the Amtrak station on the freeway, getting off, and then taking surface streets back to it. Oh, and he charged me for every minute of it. When I pointed out he was going the long way, he turned off Google Maps. I called the cab company to complain, and got nothing. The good news is that Uber and Lyft will eventually drive companies like this out of business.

Well, we never got to far into the details because the only thing this company wanted to know was payment. Guess they've never heard of debit or credit cards. I even offered to pay via Zelle or PayPal. Once I responded to them about payment, never heard from them again. How tacky and unprofessional. I was already dealing with a tough time but to be ignored pissed me off. One thing I will not do is beg any business to take my money. I contacted another local moving company that was excellent. They had no issues with me paying via Zelle and got the job done.

They did a good job loading everything up, but when they delivered to the new house they left…read morethings in the garage that were clearly marked where to go basement bedroom, or store room and I didn't realize it until I came upstairs and both crews were gone. They didn't put all the cabinets together where they took out shelves, they lost the bag of screws that were to put the patio table together, lost the power cords for tv's, had a couple of mops missing. I called the owner and he said they may have left the missing items on the truck and he'd check....never received a call back from them, that's not good business. Unfortunately I don't think I could recommend them, without better supervision

So my first bus was two hours late putting the rest of the schedule off and making me nearly miss all of my transfers.After one of my transfers when I received my bags back to take them to the next bus with me I realized that the crew had ruined my bag.Completely torn open with my belongings coming out.My bag certainly wasn't like this when I brought it.So I did the reasonable thing and went to go ask an employee for help.They wouldn't even listen to what I had to say.I was being kind and polite but they just kept cutting me off saying that they will put my bag on the bus...as I'd heard 10 times before...I was just trying to explain that they damaged my bag and to please be more careful.Nope..ther refused to hear that they had damaged my things and refused to do anything about it...Apparently they aren't responsible.Oh and don't get me started on the condition of the buses.Every single bus smelt heavily of urine and most seats where filthy.Never again will I ride a greyhound bus and I very much so regret ever choosing to.Dont waste your money or time.
