Recently, we had 18 or so players, so Brad quickly kept us moving so we optimized our time before the next group showed up. There are only 12 or so vests, so we had to take turns, but that was fine. The facility is smaller than most other laser-tag arenas, but it has enough interesting terrain to make it interesting and entertaining, and perfect for 12 players. The waiting area is a bit sub-par, with a bunch of old sofas scattered about, but heck, this isn't a cigar bar, and you are not there to sit and socialize. For a college town, it's what it is, and it's laser tag, so it's fun and gives rise to lots of bragging rights after it's all over! Price of admission is around $10 per adult for the hour. Liberty Arena consists of sporting fields, cages and a golf simulator and serves the general public's recreational needs and can be booked for private events. I can just tell from the respectful way they treated us that they expect great things out of the kids who come there and help them rise to those great expectations. Very similar to Chuck-E-Cheese, Gymboree or Bounce U. Admission is 6 dollars for ages 1-3 and 9 dollars for 4-12, one parent is free per child, extra parents are 2 dollars a person. They have two floors of adventure, including padded play area, fortress climb wall, blocks, panning for gold, a Castle Garden for younger kids, coin-operated amusements, a food court, learning computers, free wi-fi, and all sorts of kids stuff available for purchase. This baseball park is a wonderful addition to the state college and penn state community. It's great to see the community support this local baseball team. The tickets are very reasonable and affordable for families with children. Parking was $5 in the lot behind beaver stadium; cash only. We paid $24 for two tickets in the lower section behind home plate. There's also a great view of Mount Nittany behind the outfield. I would recommend this location for couples, families, and everyone of all ages!
