Upon entering the building I couldn't find anything that told me what floor the office was on. After searching I finally found it. There were 3 other patient's upon entering, but the women at the font were knowledgeable and friendly. Once in to see the Dr. the appointment went quick. The Dr. was thorough and quick. I hadn't seen a dermatologist in over 15 years so this was a well needed appointment and thankfully everything went well. Upon leaving the staff helped me make my appointment for next year.

Asking them for their DOB, insurance name, and even asking how many mg there prescription was. Than you could hear everyone phone call about patients and what procedures they had done. This went on for over an hour while I waited for a 3 Minute appointment. Close the glass window so we don't have to hear it. And there was a couple curse words dropped as well When I finally got to see the doctor, he was nothing but rude and obnoxious. The room was disgusting. There was open medicine viles sitting on the counter with needles everywhere. A plastic cup with what looked to be iodine and a old thermos with cotton swaps in it. Anyone could have taken or tampered with them. There was stains and drops of medicine on the counter When the doctor finally came in, he didn't introduce himself. He just asked "what do you want me to look at!" When I tried to explain to him what I was there for he rudely told me to stop self diagnosing myself and that it was nothing don't worry about it. Than I had him look at something else and told me again "No No I told you stop self diagnosing. It's nothing" Than he takes he's finger, no glove and scratches my neck and says Ill give you a cream. Never once washed his hands afterwards or before. I couldn't say more the 5 words without being corrected and asking something. And instead of telling me it's genetics, he tells me "I have bad genes! Who does this guy think he is??? What a joke for a doctor. Absolutely disgusting room, doctor, and experience! I'll be lucky not to catch something from another patient! Stay away!

The only thing you're going to leave here with is a disease or an illness. First off, covid is still happening and there was no social distancing being taken in the waiting room. The ladies behind the desks were extremely rude and unprofessional. I received an attitude everytime I asked a simple question. Next, my appointment was scheduled at 3:30pm and I had to be at work by 5. I got up and told them I needed to leave because it was now 4:45 and I was going to be late to work. The lady then said "well why didn't you say anything? I guess I can just put you in a room now" excuse me? It's your job to make sure you are seeing patients in a timely fashion. Next, the exam room was the most unclean area in the entire building. The floors look like they've never been clean same goes for the garbage can. The room reaked like dirty feet and old cheese, I physically gagged when I walked in. There were needles and viles of medication just sitting on the counter for anyone to take AND for anyone to tamper with. The biohazard sharps container which is supposed to be hung on the wall was on the counter where any small child could've easily knocked it over. Now for the doctor, he was completely unprofessional. He walks into the room and doesn't even introduce himself or ask how I am, he just says "What do you need?" Are you kidding me? He also walked in with gloves already on and did not change them or sanitize before examining me. So I showed him what needed to be looked at and here comes the most appalling part. He told me that he cannot remember the name of the diagnosis so he proceeds to take out his cellphone (which legally he should not have on him while with a patient) and LOOKS UP WHAT HES TRYING TO DIAGNOSE ME WITH!!!!! Also again covid is still happening he proceeds to pull down his mask and starts talking and coughing!! I said can you please put that back on and he just laughed and gave me a nasty look. As for the medication he prescribed me he stated that it probably won't work. He's probably immune to all diseases considering how disgusting his place of work is. How he became a certified dermatologist is beyond me. When I got home I showered and scrubbed my entire body down because I felt dirtier than leaving a hospital. I think a McDonalds bathroom is cleaner than this office. I am absolutely appalled at how many precautions are not being taken and how many laws are being broken. I will be reporting this to the board of health. They should not be open for business. If you care about your health do not go here.

On arrival for my appt they said they have no referral. The office staff said they are having issues accessing the correct site to retrieve a referral from my PCP Doctor. I called my PCP office and was advised that they are faxing another referral over immediately. Dr Levine's staff said they still didn't get it after 30 minutes. I brought it up on my phone and they said its not acceptable and I would need to reschedule my appt. This is after 1 hr 30 min waiting. The office staff is not competent in their functions. Because they couldn't access the system and their appt staff saying they had a referral already, I wasted my day and now they wanted me to rebook a new appointment. The doctors there need to monitor the front office staff.
