Upon entering the building I couldn't find anything that told me what floor the office was on. After searching I finally found it. There were 3 other patient's upon entering, but the women at the font were knowledgeable and friendly. Once in to see the Dr. the appointment went quick. The Dr. was thorough and quick. I hadn't seen a dermatologist in over 15 years so this was a well needed appointment and thankfully everything went well. Upon leaving the staff helped me make my appointment for next year.

All patients from infancy to more than 100 years are seen. There are two physicians, both board certified dermatologists, one man and one woman. When the Holbrook office is closed, the phone forwards to the Port Jefferson Station location. Patients can get timely appointments. Reasonable rates for those without insurance.

On arrival for my appt they said they have no referral. The office staff said they are having issues accessing the correct site to retrieve a referral from my PCP Doctor. I called my PCP office and was advised that they are faxing another referral over immediately. Dr Levine's staff said they still didn't get it after 30 minutes. I brought it up on my phone and they said its not acceptable and I would need to reschedule my appt. This is after 1 hr 30 min waiting. The office staff is not competent in their functions. Because they couldn't access the system and their appt staff saying they had a referral already, I wasted my day and now they wanted me to rebook a new appointment. The doctors there need to monitor the front office staff.
