Usually when people make appointments during the week they are making time in their work schedule to make the visit which is extremely inconsiderate. There's always some weird excuse in the reviews here where the customer always seems to be making something up because there's no way the office could own up to a mistake. A helpful tip for future business responses would be something along the lines of ...(We apologize for the inconvenience and value your time. I am not sure what went wrong but if it helps we will fit you in at your availability). Imagine getting a response like that? I guess I went to a phantom office where all the employees are invisible. Hello from Scanlon's Traveling Salon.. Dr. Warm performed a…read moreneck lift on me 4.30.26.. I had local anesthesia. There was absolutely no pain during the surgery. His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... Staff is fabulous and friendly; Nancy, Dawn and David are the bees knees and the vibe in the office is ultra "chill." My scar on my tummy tuck is not appealing, one side looking better then the other, he revised it for no charge but the problem is not fixed. I also had lipo on my back that aswell is not semetrical I had that revised aswell, and it is still not semetrical... he did do those for no out of pocket charge, but still I paid over $25,000 for this surgery and I am not okay with the results, I can not have any other no charge fixes, it is just annoying because I didnt botch it they did so it should be fixed. When the doctor finally came in, the consultation lasted barely 10 minutes. She didn't seem prepared -- I even overheard her asking the receptionist why I was there right before walking into my room, even though I'd already explained that when booking the appointment. There was no apology for the long wait, just a quick rundown of what products I should stop using and a push toward purchasing new ones she recommended. There was no thoughtful explanation behind those suggestions or a real examination of my skin. I gave it another chance and came back for a follow-up. Once again, I arrived early and waited over an hour and 30 minutes before having to leave. Unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing and uninformative as the first time. Overall, the lack of respect for patients' time and the feeling of being sold to rather than cared for makes it hard to trust or recommend this practice.

Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and taken advantage of. I struggle with significant anxiety around doctors, especially in clinical settings, and instead of feeling supported, I felt judged and spoken down to. The provider I met with had very poor bedside manner and made assumptions about me and my body within minutes of meeting me. At one point, she even commented that I was "getting bright red" while questioning me, which only heightened my anxiety. I was too nervous to speak up in the moment. What stood out the most was being told multiple times that I "never have to come back" and could just return to the Smithtown location. That felt unprofessional and dismissive--especially given that I had just paid a significant amount out of pocket for the visit. To make matters worse, I was informed that treatment would require a follow-up appointment, leaving me feeling stuck after spending money on a visit that ultimately didn't help me. I deeply regret not staying with my original location.
