They switched providers and faxed and emailed the office stating effective as of today this patient is covered and can be seen in your office. Jerrold Jacob ,484 Washington Ave , Belleville No 973-759-1010. I called and I can not believe the assistance I was receiving on the other end of that call. I informed the lady whom answered, she refused to provide her name. That a fill in fell out and I was in extreme pain Advils wasn't cutting it. She with such a nasty disposition stated I would have to wait to July to see the dentist. I explained the insurance company emailed as well as faxed a letter stating I'm covered as of today . She interrupted me by saying well we don't accept fax nor emails. If you wanna see the doctor you'll have to pay upfront or wait til July . I can't believe I begged her to please ask the doctor that the pain was unbearable. She refused told me to pay or wait . People like her should not be working in a place that you clearly have to help others or how about being compassionate, understanding, going the extra mile to help someone. How about being friendly saying let me speak to the doctor , I can't promise you anything. I would have understood that statement and even if the end result was the same that I would have to wait , they would have had another client just for being that person on the other end of the call that was helpful. This women was rude, mean , obnoxious, inconsiderate. I will post this in every social platform just so she knows you can't treat another person the way she has. I don't know whether my experience with this doctor would've been great but because of her I'll never know. Do not go here. I live in Lyndhurst and I will tell everyone and anyone . I hope the dentist sees this review I asked to speak to him she said no pay or wait til July then you can speak to him. I asked her name no refused to provide her name.
