AWFUL - never in my life have i seen this level of incompetence. I had an appointment scheduled 4 weeks in advance to have an implant placed. I show up to the appointment and it seems in the 4 week prior they never submitted the prior authorization to my insurance company- so i was at the appointment no reason and received no care that day with no apology or explanation. 3 weeks later, again, I have an appointment and AGAIN my insurance company has not heard from them. I asked for a breakdown of what the fees would be and they would not provide that to me...it has now been 7 week, hours on the phone with their HORRIBLE staff, I have received no care, and my insurance co hasnt heard from them and they will not provide me with a cost breakdown for services. I now have a new dentist because who wants to deal with any of this...surely not me. Go anywhere but here. read more

This is an update to my original review. The owner contacted me about the situation exactly 24hours after the post 2 months ago to the day. He apologized, agreed, and told me the office would contact me the next day to reimburse the over payment. I was contacted by the office saying the owner instructed me to reimburse for the over payment but it was never reimbursed. Quality of work was good. The unfairness and overcharge was wrong. Doctor Yeres is the best. He's top-notch--careful, caring, kind, and always ready to squeeze you in for an appointment if you have a dental emergency. He worked patiently with my fear of dental work--I grew up in the 1960s, when drills were slow and dental pain wasn't uncommon--to the point that I'm now utterly relaxed in his chair, confident that I'm in the best of hands. I recommended this dental office. I wasn't happy with reception but after that the doctor and assistant were fantastic. They are competent caring and attentive . I had my teeth cleaned and the assistant, Gloria , put numbing cream on my gums which no one has ever done before - it made a huge difference. She also treated me like I was at a spa. Dr Sharma is kind, listens, knows what he's talking about and my cleaning didn't hurt one but even though I've recessing gums. The office is a peaceful white and cream color . First off all of the staff are amazing. Extremely nice and kind. Funny too. They do their absolute best to put you at ease. Next the dentist -- Dr. Singh was truly the best thing since sliced bread. This place literally sucks. They are a bit less expensive than other places and now I know why. They have cancelled 3 appointments for my daughter already. They don't respect the days and hours of operation. There is one particular receptionist who is rude and has an attitude. My daughter was supposed to be seen next week now they called me and canceled saying the doctor is not gonna be in. Due to the fact my daughter is leaving for 6 weeks she won't be seen until late august. Awful experience, truly. Don't recommend. read more

They are not transparent about their business practices.... I have not returned. The only reason they have so many good reviews is because they incentivize people to give a 5 star review for free items. I was given a whitening kit for my review at my visit. It went downhill fast after that. I changed insurance and had various conversations both in person and on the phone to ensure that my insurance would be accepted. They kept confirming it was but failed to mention that it was not In-Network. When I came for my second appointment, they waited until I was physically in the cleaning chair to let me know that I would have to pay for the visit upfront, but assured me that "my insurance would reimburse me." I feel stupid now believing them, but I had already spent time & money to come back into the city for my appointment (in the summer), and did not want to complicate things. What followed was months of me trying to sort things out with insurance and them never taking accountability for lying to me and evading responsibility. I am especially sad that they are not a good office because I followed my amazing dentist here. But not worth it for the shady business practices. read more
