The people that run this buisness have no heart. The only thing they care about is money, and being creepy and nosy. They evicted us for being 3 months behind on rent after losing work and being sick it was a very hard time. They would sit in our driveway waiting for us to get home. someone was walking around OUR gated backyard at night trying to look in the windows. They expected a woman who is home alone to open the door for a complete stranger that is aggressively banging on the door. They never sent an email saying they were trying to get ahold of us, and they never gave a proper eviction notice we were never told how many days or when we needed to be out by. The man that showed us our unit and gave us the tour was nice enough but seemed he had no idea what he was talking about and basically said that anything wrong with the house at the time of showing would not be fixed by bellville eagle realty because they are just the bridge company. THE DAY OF MOVE IN there was an issue which prevented us from being able to move in until the next day. we didn't get any type of reimbursement for that or having to find somewhere to sleep while it was being fixed. They have so many white men working there that i had no idea who was banging on my door or walking around my property while i'm home alone. One of the men came to our unit about two weeks after moving in, i was pregnant at the time and he walked up to give us a piece of paper blew his cigarette smoke right in my face basically throwing the paper at me then speeds off in his car. They are just rude people who do not care about you or your situation unless it's gonna make them more money! read more

Horrible. Will not communicate with you AT ALL above what they are legally required too. They don't take phone calls and ignore emails. Maintenance is handled in the cheapest way possible so there's underlying damage everywhere. Mold, cracks, gas leaks, everything. read more

They are awful. The day the owner of the property switched to them everything went downhill. Maintenance stopped there has been a hole in the ceiling for over a month from a leaking upstairs bathroom. You can't talk to anyone over the phone all service requests go through email and good luck getting a response in any kind of timely manner. They don't even have a listing on Google probably because they would be ripped to shreds in the reviews. For the amount we are paying for this place to just fall apart around us we have found a place to buy. Not everyone can be that lucky. If you are looking for a place look elsewhere if you are looking to use them as a property manager look elsewhere and if you are unlucky and living in a property they manage save every penny you can and get the heck out read more

They never answered the phone. Took over two months for them to send someone out to fix the AC and even then it was AFTER I threatened to report them to village of Swansea and take the repairs amount out of my rent if I had to get it fixed myself. read more

They are not good people at all, my application was accepted so I proceeded with the move in. The day I got my key it was water all over the house. I went back to the office and got the maintenance guy he so called sucked the water out the carpet. But the bad thing about the water it was half way up my knees. The manager said it should take a hour so when I go back to the house it was still water in the carpet this time I took my kids with me and I have a 5 year old daughter i had to ask my kids what happened to her pants because her pants where soaking wet. I then told my kids we not moving in this place The manager said he wasn't gonna pull the carpet up and he don't care if I wasn't moving in because they have another family to move in. read more

My GF rented a house in September of 2019 In Spring of 2020 they called her saying the owner wanted to sell the house and said she had to let prospective buyers view the house on demand. This was in the onset of pandemic stay at home and quarantine restrictions. She didn't agree and they were saying "oh yeah... that's right a quarantine.. we'll get back to you." She never heard anything about it yet (it's June 24, 2020 now) and this morning someone came and took pictures of the house from the front yard. As if they are posting it. Such a joke as a realty company. They are rude as hell like you're not paying their wages. They don't call you back and don't allow you in the office and this was before covid. Now what reality company goes so hard to never have to meet their customers In person should be a red flag. I can't prove their racism but have experienced it, but once again I can't prove it so they'll deny it. Unless you're in a bad spot don't waste your time. They will evict you for your sewer bill being late. No shut off, not even a disconnect notice just a late payment. They are known for their refusal to even attempt to give a deposit back regardless of how well you've kept up with the property. This company manages the property next door to my home and James S Stevens the company owner is a liar and not a very good one. For over a week I've called the company and sent emails about the property's sump pump ejection flooding my backyard. I had to track down his personal phone number to reach him because "he manages a lot of properties" and that was his reason for not returning my messages. Then he lied & said he came by but couldn't locate the issue. If it were a snake it would have bit him, it's hard to miss a flooded yard and a gaping hole in the ground that's pumping water out of it. He then said that he's not in charge of the property, he's just looking after it as a favor to a friend. So which is it James, because it doesn't work both ways?! My property is taking a hit because your friend bought a house and has become a slumlord. You've got a terrible reputation in this town and it's for a good reason. I filled out an application and paid the $40 application fee . I make more than enough money to rent the place I wanted and I have good landlord history . They called to tell me that they pass on my rental application because of speaking with my landlord . I talked to my landlord and she said they never called.
