My 88 year old father is no longer mobile & couldn't bring his scooter on the small plane we booked to get there. Lisa & Dan helped arrange the PERFECT ride for him to go down the aisle with. When we arrived at the shop, Dylan was extremely helpful. He literally became our ANGEL of MERCY when my Father became a bit agitated. After the flight & missing lunch, anxiety was HIGH for all of us. To help calm my Dad down, Dylan very patiently & calmly took the time to show us how the scooter worked & how to assemble & disassemble for transportation. He made sure my Father felt comfortable operating it & even let him take a test ride through the store before we went on our way. He offered his help with any other needs we might have while visiting Bend, including shower chairs or ramp rentals we might require for the wedding. Bottom line is Advanced Mobility of Bend & DYLAN ROCKS!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for coming alongside our family to make our bride's dreams come true. I contacted Kevin and he said yes of course. They relocated it to our house, then we had to get a plug in installed. They moved the lift, built the platform for the less than other companies quoted just to move it. Then about three weeks later they were finally able to install it. They had to build a platform, which is very nice. I am completely impressed and will recommend, Kevin, Jason, Logan and Jason.
