My 88 year old father is no longer mobile & couldn't bring his scooter on the small plane we booked to get there. Lisa & Dan helped arrange the PERFECT ride for him to go down the aisle with. When we arrived at the shop, Dylan was extremely helpful. He literally became our ANGEL of MERCY when my Father became a bit agitated. After the flight & missing lunch, anxiety was HIGH for all of us. To help calm my Dad down, Dylan very patiently & calmly took the time to show us how the scooter worked & how to assemble & disassemble for transportation. He made sure my Father felt comfortable operating it & even let him take a test ride through the store before we went on our way. He offered his help with any other needs we might have while visiting Bend, including shower chairs or ramp rentals we might require for the wedding. The Safeway pharmacy person admitted they rarely answer their phone. He also said the equivalent of "we're about to go on break, we'll get around to it whenever we get around to it." My pharmacist told me she'd never talked to or heard of anything this bad. This was a four hour ordeal for an extremely time sensitive medicine. This place is the worst. I did business with them a couple years ago also, and it was also stunningly bad. In this case I was helping out a relative who was too sick to deal with it. In the end, the relative went back to the ER and got the medicine there. Wow.
