Awful! I go there…read morewith my mom every so often. She would be late to appointments, and walk in with a coffee, but what really made me mad, is that she can just get coffee upstairs. It is right below a coffee shop (Awesome by the way)! She one time claimed she didn't have us booked and we saw her put it in her book. She cut my hair to my shoulders when I asked for a trim. She is so rough on hair, doesn't do what's asked, and lies! She went somewhere with her daughter across state and said, ohhhh I forgot! Oops sorry. Will not be returning.

As a result, my hair is completely uneven, with the left side being much longer than the right. Also, on each individual side, the layers are uneven and choppy. I can't even put it In a decent ponytail because she hacked off too much. One of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. The color was subpar as well.

I am very basic with my hair - I keep it blonde but only get it done about twice per year and the nature of my job has it in a ponytail of some sort pretty much every day. This is why I was nervous - I didn't want something that would drastically change anything and the stylist I saw before knew that. I went in saying I wasn't cutting my hair as I was growing it back out. After telling Chelsea what my daily (crappy :)) routine is she asked if we could cut it and I just said yes haha. I knew it was just for the better and we're only talking about a few inches, not a foot. I told her to do what she thought would look best for cut and color and she did. I was SO happy when I left. A few inches off, a little more dimension to my color, and an awesome interior. I ended up actually feeling so good I ASKED to buy products at the end. They sat in my car for three days while I debated returning them after paying that much for them. But I was so happy I kept them and decided to try to give my hair some love. Price was super reasonable, the stylist was great, the interior is awesome and everyone seemed friendly. I wasn't sure if I was going to make this my new salon home but once I walked out I knew I was "breaking up" with my old stylist (i just still have to tell him!) If you live around here you need to check it out if you're looking for somewhere new.

Based on her professional judgment she provided a conditioner to improve the overall health and condition of my granddaughter's hair. It was immediately evident that it made a difference!
