Every experience I have had at this salon was disturbing and unprofessional. I had a horrible wax…read moreand did not leave a tip because I was so disappointed, the next time I got the same wax I watched the woman waxing me tell them woman at the counter to charge me higher because "I do not tip" I got a Brazilian and checked out the work when I got home and there were whole patches of skin inches and inches of skin covered with hair and dried wax. (It was seriously insane I would share pictures but that would obviously be highly inappropriate) I had to go back in for them to finish the job. Very disappointing and painful! /: Last week I got my hair cut and styled so I left the salon happy but when I showered and dried my hair the next day it was completely uneven and choppy. I went in to ask the stylist to fix it and she actually asked me if I cut my own hair after I left the day before..... she "fixed" it but it's still one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had and was very over-priced. I would never recommend this salon to anyone for any service.
