He shared his location on Waze during the drop off so I would know the exact time that they were to arrive. The container was different than any I've rented before, in a good way. Rubber tires prevented any problems with our driveway which is a big plus. Pickup was done while we were at work and a friendly text to notify that he was there was appreciated. I didn't realize that he offered a service to get rid of couches and individual items. We will definitely contact him whenever we need to get rid of something quickly.
