In fact, when I returned the next day with someone else to finish the job, the mop water was dark with dirt--clear proof that the floors hadn't been cleaned at all. This was a careless and lazy job. All the staff are very professional. 1 was basement sewer flooding, which had the HEPA cleanup and a wall repair. Another was a large wall repair. Looked like new when they finished. They moved all the basement storage boxes out of the way and back. They threw out all the damaged items, and rebuilt some large platforms that are made of wood.
