Chris is the best, most honest mechanic I've ever done business with. I've recommended him many time to friends over the years and without exception they have all confirmed what I already know. Chris is the best. I can't tell you how many time Chris has steered me away from unneeded repairs and saved me money when he didn't "need" to. I've been going to Chris for 10 years and he is always helpful, polite and never makes you feel like you are asking a stupid question. His prices are VERY competitive and you couldn't ask for a nicer team! I've had the misfortune of many shady mechanics and can't tell you how nice it is to send my wife and mother to a mechanic knowing I no longer have to worry about being taken.

I, as well as my Husband have been going to Five Star Automotive for years. I fully trust Scott's work. He is one of very few honest to goodness business owners who can be trusted. He does good business and has a great team working for him. His competitive pricing is amazing too! I never have to worry about my vehicles I have taken to him. He has helped us out so many times. He's got a great big heart. We're the average poor family these days with kids and he has given us breaks because had we gone anywhere else we would have been paying a heck of a lot more. He does great things for people and our community. I am forever grateful for him. I don't ever want to take any vehicle I own to anyone else. What Scott says is 100% trusted and there is no better place! He's a busy guy and it can take a while to get in for service. But often times I will drop my vehicle off on a Sunday night and be ready to come get it a day or two later. And that's quite alright with me!! They have been really good to us. All great people. I recently had allot of work done, almost 4000.00. I've had…read morea good history with the father and son establishment, although just tire work. This time shocks struts, tires, breaks and much more. Needless to say when I picked the car up a loud thump coming from the passenger rear and very shaky steering wheel. I brought it back and they said they didn't hear anything and it maybe the small bag of tools in the trunk, which I knew it absolutely wasn't. Nevertheless the son agreed to replace the rear strut thinking it may be defective. When I picked it up the next time I was only charged labor but it was still thumping. The father told me ya know the car is getting old, even though the thump was never there before the work. Anyway upon doing a very little research, my particular car must have different bushings if aftermarket struts are used otherwise there will be an unnoticeable gap and cause a thump. He rebalanced the tires to address the shaky steering which worked great but charged me again to balance. So I paid twice to balance the tires properly and still dealing with the thump. I refuse to go back at this point reason being they rip the back seat apart with grease all over as well as not reassembling the correct way. Oh ya the breaks have been squealing loudly since I picked up the car the first time, my guess is cheap parts. The son is more approachable and easier dealing with, the father is very ignorant. Very unimpressed
