She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and delivered a massage that was both deeply relaxing and incredibly therapeutic. I left feeling refreshed, relieved, and completely taken care of. Lisa, the facial esthetician, was just as amazing. Her knowledge, technique, and calming presence made the facial an absolute treat. She explained everything clearly, used high-quality products, and my skin looked and felt fantastic afterward--glowing and rejuvenated. Together, Stephanie and Lisa made the experience exceptional. The therapists were 20 mins late to the appointment, and I was on a tight schedule that day with all the activities I had planned, so this was not acceptable. Instead of having two females I got a male and a female. And there was no way my mom was going to allow a male touch her and I didn't want another massage from him since my last one was horrible. She charged me for both appointments even though i specifically requested two females and my moms massage was only about 30mins and it should have been an hour. They are also very bad about getting back in touch with you let alone hard to get a hold of.

Bolster your business and your reviews with great customer service; don't try to bury poor (and honest!) reviews by trying to cheat the Yelp system. I am continually disappointed by this company and would encourage anyone to take their business to an honest and open company rather than Renew My Body, who has their friends write reviews for them to cover up the bad ones.
