Although they allow walk-ins on Saturdays to pick up your dress, they'll rush you out if you don't have an appointment (if you're looking to try on the dress when you pick it up). Best piece of advice is not to purchase a dress from here without speaking to a seamstress about realistic alterations first.

I wish I had seen the red flags from the moment I came to the store and the first question Olga asked me was "when is your flight?" I thought it was odd but I didn't think much of it. I said I was local, I was not traveling. Then she proceeded to show me some dresses on sale. Of course she didn't mention those were final sales. She never asked me what I was looking for, what kind of dress I liked, which I didn't know since this was the first store I went into looking for dresses. I just wanted to find the perfect dress and it didn't have to be on sale either. Olga was really pushy and was making me feel so uncomfortable. After trying five dresses, which were all between sizes 8-12 when I'm a size 4 at most, she had to place multiple pins and said the alterations were going to fix it. The alterations were not included but according to her they were not going to be that much. She kept asking me which one was going to be the one. Her face was starting to look annoyed. I didn't know I had a limit to try dresses and I felt pressured that I needed to choose on the spot. Unfortunately, I fell for her pressure and ended up buying a dress which I regretted soon after. The dress was not cheap either, it cost around $1,800. I tried it again at home and it just felt wrong that I paid so much money for a dress triple my size. For that much money, I could have gotten a much more beautiful dress that fit me better and would not need so many alterations. I took the dress to various locations near home to see how much the alterations were going to be and they all said the same thing: the dress was too big on me and it needed a LOT of work. The top almost had to be redone. The quotes I got were between $600-$1000. I went back to Leggenda and explained the situation to the owner, another person that does not care about you finding your dream dress. She said that unfortunately the dress I bought had no returns because it was a final sale and she could not do anything about it, but that if I did the alterations there it would look perfect on me. They couldn't even offer to look for another dress closer to my size that I could be more comfortable with. Needless to say, I was not going to give them more money, not to mention the fact that I didn't even trust them at all after what they did to me. I ended up paying around $700 for the alterations and it still didn't fit very well. I also discovered later through Leggenda's website that they do complimentary wine tasting for the bride and family while she chooses her dress. Of course Olga was not going to mention this to me. She saw the perfect opportunity to sell a dress when she saw me coming alone to the store with no one else that could persuade me into not buying the dress yet. She took away the opportunity for me to bring my friends and family and enjoy this experience. If I had known, I would have waited. Anyways, I hope you learn from my mistake and avoid this place. They had 3 days to complete this from when I last came in the shop. It was so unprofessional to be rushing them while I'm waiting in the lobby. Side note, I also came to the shop on the agreed time and the store was locked with no lights on. I had to wait multiple times for them to open the store when the store should have been open. They check in on me weekly and offer advice and support. I visited the store in February 2024, over a year before my wedding, to purchase what I thought would be my dream wedding dress. They took my measurements and assured me that the dress in my size would be ordered from Spain and ready for a first fitting in December. When December came, I was shocked and heartbroken to find that the dress they gave me was several sizes too big and missing the signature sleeves that were supposed to come with it. Instead of admitting their mistake, the store manager insisted the alterations team could fix the oversized dress to fit me. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally acknowledged the error and promised to order a new dress in my correct size, which would be ready in January 2025. However, what followed was a month of poor communication where I had to send emails and repeatedly beg for updates, only to be left in the dark. When the dress finally "arrived", my nightmare continued. The sleeves on the dress were completely wrong--nothing like the original ones I'd seen when I first fell in love with the dress. They staff even tried to convince me that these new sleeves were "better" and that the original ones were now "out of style." But the worst part was discovering that this still wasn't a new dress in my size. They had hung a new tag on the outside of the dress that said size 36, making it look like it was the correct size. However, upon inspecting the inside of the dress, my mom and I found clear evidence on the inside tag that this was the same size 42 dress I was given back in December, just altered to fit me. Instead of delivering the brand-new dress I ordered, they altered the larger dress, lied to my face, and tried to pass it off as new. I felt deceived and robbed of the chance and time to find a new dress elsewhere. This process caused me so much unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyful time. With only one month left to find a new dress, I ultimately asked for my money back because I would rather walk away with no dress than continue doing business with this store. When she went back to the store to explain, they showed no compassion. They refused to refund the deposit and told her she had to either pay in full and take the dress or forfeit the money.
