We had our granddaughter's quincianera this past Saturday and renting tuxedos there was a mess. We were supposed to get discount if the whole group rented from them which did not happen. They gave us wrong color dress shirts and when we went back to exchange we were treated with attitude. My dress shirt was dirty and they exchanged it for another one but was lt let to try it out was told it was same size a previous one and the day of the event the collar did close the material was very hot. There was a hole int the coat jacket à tear in the side pocket of the pants. But the worst of all my wife the grandma was shown a dress she liked to n à catalog and paid to have it ordered mas it was on the catalog, when it came time for her to try it so they could make adjustments the dress was nothing close to the one on the catalog, my wife told them it was not the dress she liked and paid for and was treated with bad attitude, she asked for a refund and was told they could not do that or could not offer to be exchange for a different dress. We were told their policy was no exchange no refund or discount for a new dress. We asked to speak to the owner and were given different excuses from the one we being hospitalized to he was out of the country for emergency matters. Till today we have not received a solution to the matter and will report this to the consumer affairs and proceed with suing them. Do not recommend this place to anyone it was a real nightmare.

I've only been living in Los Angeles for about two years at this point and sadly I've only made…read morethree trips to The Midnight Hour Records. My first trip was about a year and a half ago when some friends were in town and we went record shopping. I'm not as big into buying records as I once was but I was immediately blown away but not only the selection of records, but the huge selection of VHS tapes, CDs, random odds and ends, and shirts as well. The store itself is pretty dang huge and once of the first things you see when you walk in is the stage against one of the walls. How many shows did I go too? well, only one because I live in DLTA so most shows happen where I live, so I rarely wanted to drive 45 mins to San Fernando. My second trip was for a night market around the holidays with my wife, and my third trip was last week for the Final 818 Day show. I arrived a little late to the show and walked in during Human Garbage and the night was truly magical from that point on. With a lineup that consisted of Internal Affairs, Piece by Piece, Carry On, Twitching Tongues, and God's Hate, I can safely say this was probably one of the best shows I've ever been too and something I'll remember for years to come. The atmosphere at this shop is positive, violent, and full of heart in the best way. The sound at this shop was dope (minus the frequent mic issues) and each set was perfect. I've been actively going to shows since 2003 and the fact that in 2026 I was finally able to see Carry On play, is something I will absolutely never forget, let alone that I got to see them play a small show instead of Sound and Fury Fest. Overall, The Midnight Hour Records was the best thing San Fernando had to offer and it's a shame that the city didn't do everything it could to keep it there. The downtown area is absolutely dead and this place gave it a bit of life that will sorely be missed. Luckily, West Hollywood seems to be the future home for this shop and I can't wait to check it out as soon as it opens. Long live The Midnight Hour.

This space has had a real positive impact on me. I attended an event hosted here, and was able to connect with a nonprofit and found a volunteer opportunity that I most likely wouldn't have discovered otherwise. The store fosters connections and supports the community through various activities. I definitely want to check out one of the rock shows in the future.

Thankfully I did a search on Yelp and found Dinos party supply in the valley. I messaged them to ask about the availability of a few characters and they responded right away with pictures. I visited the next day and found the party supply store located in a quaint shopping center. When I arrived I found the staff to be very welcoming and warm. They helped me find what I was looking for and made recommendations on candy and a stick to hit the piñata. The piñata was huge and a reasonable price. The guests at my party had a wonderful time with the activity. Now that I know that Dinos exists I'll be sure to stop there for all of my future party needs.

Everyone was super friendly and helped us pick from several great Labubu piñata options. I thought the prices were very fair (ours was around $30), which would have easily been double in San Francisco. They also had a wide selection of candy to fill it. The staff went above and beyond by giving my 5-year-old a free ball to play with, which completely made her day. We'll definitely be back!
