Our daughter's Sweet 16 Masquerade theme dress. Just beautiful. We loved it.

We had such an awesome experience. Erika and staff were excellent. Each time we went into the store we were greeted warmly even though they were always, always busy. Erika helped us find the perfect dress for our daughter's Sweet 16 party. Once we saw it on her we knew she had the right dress.

The shoes they provided were awful! Both shoes soles came apart soon after the ceremony.

I had my wedding party rent their Tux at Suburbia and couldn't believe all the $*%T i went through with Suburbia Bridal. Suburbia took all of the guys measurements a month before the event and when the guys picked them up, nothing fit properly. The pants were not long enough, the sleeves on the shirts were too short and I had guys with different vest and the colors didn't even match. What's the point of taking measurements if they cant order the right size? I had specifically requested "skinny" black ties and all the guys were given regular thick ties which i hated. When i checked my fathers tux and the Groom's tux both were incomplete. I immediately called Suburbia and told them the Tuxes were missing the vest and also mentioned that the ties were incorrect for all groomsmen. They told me they would have them ready the next day on Friday 5pm. I had someone go pick up the items at 6pm and they were not ready. They ended up delivering them to my home later that night which was the least they could do after all they had put me through already. On the wedding day, my brothers shoes' completely broke. Both shoe soles fell off. Total embarrassment for my groomsmen. His jacket was too small which looked ridiculous for the pictures. When i brought the tuxes back and made my complaints the owner refunded me a whole $40 and mentioned he was going to loose money because of the refund. I paid thousands of dollars for my photographer which was going to show all the bad tuxes and embarrassments and the owner was complaining about $40??? Really?? Awful service and bad quality tuxes. I would NEVER refer anyone here. Stay away from Suburbia Bridal!!!

I'm very please and satisfied with their service.

I've been a customer of Suburbia for a long time now for 15+ years, from my own wedding, and my brothers and sisters have also gotten all of there wedding things needed from the dresses and tuxedos to the photographers and limos. I was scrolling through the reviews and realized that everything that was being said was due to the older woman named "Julia" I remember seeing her with customers and it seemed like she was the problem that the store had. That woman is no longer working there do to all of the mistakes she used to make and the attitude she had towards the customers. Isaac is the owner and he is one of the nicest people I've ever meet, he's very family oriented and enjoys speaking and spending time with his customers, he's definitely a hands on boss. The ladies there are very hard working and are very respectful to their customers. Since I've been in the store for many different events I've seen so many different type of people come in and out of those doors some more than others. A lot of people come in being super disrespectful and trying to make a scene when a lot of people are there and honestly want make the women working there feel like trash and think that just because they are paying they feel the right to walk all over them which is not that case. I hope this review will make you change your mind about Suburbia and make you want to go and have a good experience.

This store is a joke! Worst customer service ever. They took my correct measurements yet ordered my suit the wrong size.

Making My Mannequin Dreams a Reality…read more Walked past Fashion Nova and the deals pulled me in with the gravitational force of a black hole--except everything was bright, sparkly, and didn't crush me into a single point of infinite density. As a dude named Simon, I wasn't sure what to expect. But let me tell you, the sales? They'd make a grown man write a love letter to retail therapy. I came in just to browse, but with prices like these, I might just have to start a side hustle as a fashion icon. The team? Friendlier than my grandma at Christmas. Not only did they not bat an eye when I asked for jeans that could accommodate my weekend-warrior thighs, but they also pointed me towards sales so good, I felt like I should confess to a crime. "Yes, officer, I stole these deals." Shoutout to Crusts--wait, autocorrect--Crystal Lizette for assistance above and beyond. Service so spectacular, I wouldn't be surprised if she had a cape hidden under her fashionable ensemble. Each order is so spot-on, making returns is as rare as finding someone who hates puppies. And Cindi, well, she's the Michelangelo of merchandising, turning the store into the Sistine Chapel of style, and I'm just trying to be a worthy Adam with my outstretched hand (and wallet). If you're looking for a vibe, Fashion Nova's got it in spades. I came for the sales, stayed for the service, and left with the undeniable urge to strut down the sidewalk like it's my personal runway. Fashion Nova: Keeping me--and my mannequin alter-ego--in vogue without breaking the bank.

For example two items in a size 14 will fit differently and likely one wont fit at all. When you reach out to complain or ask for a refund they only offer store credit. They refuse to refund to the original payment method. They charge you $5+ for a return label. Customer service is terrible, they just gaslight and dismiss you and try to refer you back to their FAQ or return policy. They offer no concessions and are only after your money, once they get your money they don't care about you as a customer, just their bottom line. Super shady and unethical company and they use child labor. Clothes smell weird and chemically upon arrival, very reminiscent of some fast fashion, shein/temu clothing. Terrible experience and the clothing is made for people with big fake butts and breasts (no shade) but the average person does not have that. They glamorize the fake botox plastic surgery look which is cringey. Not the natural form. Their plus sized models just have thick thigs and are not actually plus sized. Save your money and go somewhere else.
