After attempting to cancel repeatedly - it took us going inside to do so as well as incurring a $25 fee and another month of membership. Here is the process to cancel: 1) Snail Mail a Letter to the Gym. 2) Then go inside and sign a cancellation letter The problem with ALL OF THIS. There isn't a system of when the letter arrives or does not arrive. No one from management responds to emails. Phone calls are not monitored either. If you choose to start your membership here, be aware of this. It left a very bad taste in my mouth so I would never return. Other than that, it is a typical gym.... Has what you "need", will have the usual over zealous amounts of people like any other place, trainers on site and decent monthly pricing with annual fee. Unsure if everyone has the same annual fee, but it is there.

This gym location is a complete dump. Equipment is dirty, outdated, or in need of repair. The…read morefacility is small and can run without any staff, ever. "Staff" consist of high school kids sitting on their phones doing literally nothing. Not that I care about that but this gym could easily be in better shape if someone would get up and do something...the worst part about this gym are the restrooms. Two of the three restrooms don't even have a soap dispenser... another restroom doesn't have a toilet seat...Nobody wipes down the equipment and it shows. Only reason i joined this gym is because it's 24 hours and close to my house. I'll give it one more month to see if anything changes, very doubtful. DIRTY AF! *This review is specifically for the Boyette location.

She was determined to get me the shape I needed and gave me pointers on how to help them grow and stay full. Her place was super clean. She took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer before starting. In addition to her mask, she also put on goggles, A cover over her clothes and she wore gloves. That explanation didn't make sense to me because eyebrow tint is specifically meant to help define brows, especially for people with sparse hair. I've had my eyebrows tinted several times before at other places, and they've always looked great. I even sent pictures to friends of mine who are licensed aestheticians, and they all agreed that the work was poorly done. While I do appreciate that they refunded my money, the technician was very rude and had a nasty attitude when I expressed my concerns. As a Black woman, I also didn't feel welcomed or respected during my visit. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this place to other Black women. I felt like I was treated differently, and that's not an experience anyone should have when paying for a service.

I did find someone who did an amazing Job. She did absolutely fantastic. Her name was Chanda. She was the best I've had so far. It's just difficult when the artist isn't there consistently. My best tip is to call before you go if you are really particular about your brows to see who is going to be there working.
