Had a really good time visiting this establishment. Came here with my bestie as a spa day treat for her birthday. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. We purchased a Groupon for the detox and it didn't disappoint! The infrared sauna was nice and private (only the 2 of us). I didn't react well in the salt room but she loved it. The staff assisted me in getting some O2 (they have an oxygen bar) as I was experiencing a coughing fit from the salt. They also provided me with some additional water. The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). There is ample parking as the Riverview location is in a strip mall. read more

This was my second round of semiglutide injections. The first time, I lost weight and felt great. This second time, I have lost no weight and have had 12 injections. It does not feel the same way I did the first time. To complete the contract I paid for, no refunds were offered. I could travel a great distance, out of my way, to get my remaining shots. That's not acceptable! There were also alternating weekly shots given weekly. A vitamin B combination and a fat burner. This is NOT what I planned for. It's rather stressful and expensive. Now the nurse argued with me that I was "done" with my contracted visits. When I clearly have 4 more, after the four I picked up Tuedsay. Allegra Wellness took $1,500 from me for a "slimming package" that delivered absolutely nothing -- no weight loss, no results, no value, and no accountability. This was not just disappointing; it felt predatory. The nurses are careless, irresponsible, unethical , rude too The promises made during the sales pitch were grossly exaggerated, the actual services were underwhelming and ineffective, and the products provided were not worth a fraction of what was charged. Once they have your money, the urgency to help you magically disappears. What's most alarming is that this place markets itself as wellness while pushing treatments that, in my experience, felt careless and potentially harmful rather than safe or medically sound. There was no meaningful monitoring, no real concern for outcomes, and no responsibility taken when the program clearly failed. This business appears to profit off false hope, targeting people who are vulnerable and genuinely trying to improve their health. Charging premium prices for zero results is unethical, and in my opinion, borders on consumer exploitation. I strongly warn anyone considering Allegra Wellness: Do NOT waste your hard-earned money. Do NOT trust the promises. Do NOT fall for the marketing. There are far safer, more transparent, and more effective options elsewhere. I was looking for a place to relax, and I must say Allegra Spa did not disappoint! I absolutely loved this place they offer so many great services from cryotherapy, dry floating, infrared sauna, salt therapy, IV therapy, red light therapy, cyro facials I mean the list goes on and on! This place was very relaxing and clean, well decorated for each service they offer and the staff was very welcoming. They also have a Plant city location. Prices are pretty good and they allow for you to use CareCredit or even have payment plan options. Superrrrrr cool place! Had an amazing time learning about all the different services they had here. Today I went in for the cryotherapy and the Salt room. Yes it's literally a room of salt but way cooler. So many advantages to your body from doing these different services and they all looked so cool. The Cryotherapy was definitely my favorite. Standing in this machine that drops temperature super super low and I swear it pin pointed each of the areas in my body that I needed to either stretch more often or work out. Aka these old knees lol. Everyone here seemed so welcoming and knowledgeable. Niko made sure to explain in great detail exactly what we were doing and made sure to answer any of my questions. I would like to let the owners of this spa know that after over a month of amazing slimming and contouring service by Ramie slimming and contouring specialist, at the the spa on October 22nd I was greeted by Brittany your Allegra General manager where she was forceful in having watchers at my service when I said no, she said that she had to be in there to supervise a service I had already been successfully having. She stayed in the room, I felt very uncomfortable and they she proceeded to sell herbal life products, and $1200 in Allegra shots that Ramie had already advised about. Honestly in found he behavior degrading to Ramie and I felt very very uncomfortable with this person upon entering and in the room. Over all I am not sure how comfortable I feel with the turn around of staff at the spa since I have been there! Customers feel something is off and that is a huge negative. Ramie has provided excellent service to me for many weeks regardless of equipment issues and miscommunication by other specialists. Thank you! read more

Super friendly staff that does a good job at informing you of what each services benefits are. I recommend getting a monthly membership as an investment in your health is worth every penny. I was not only excited because they had cryo services, but they even had a BEAUTIFUL salt room (which I always wanted to try because I have asthma). I had a cryotherapy and dry float treatment. It was my first experience for both. The spa is very clean and everyone is wearing masks. I was nervous to try cryotherapy because I don't like being cold but the benefits really outweigh the 3 minutes of cold exposure. I felt like I had worked out after and then moved on to the dry float bed where I felt total relaxation. The owner is really nice and explained how everything worked, answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions based on what my needs were. I'll definitely be back. It was a great first experience. I am very careful about going anywhere during covid but felt ok to be at the spa as there's little contact with others there. My son is an athlete and had an ankle injury as well as a back ache. RJ not only was excited to help him but made him extremely comfortable. My son did the stand up cryotherapy as well as the compression of and continues to ask me to go back because he enjoyed it so much. I have a torn left rotator cuff, nerve impingement in my right shoulder and rheumatoid arthritis. My first visit was after a long ride on my road bike. I chose cryotherapy and leg compression. That night there was no onset of fatigue in my quads and the next day I could have doubled my previous days mileage. I was sold!! I get Cryo and compression 3-4 times a week and include Infrared Sauna on the weekend. The Cryo has tremendously improved my RA flare ups and my cuff/nerve pain, the compression gives me the ability to go hard on leg day and riding days with little to no fatigue and the Infrared Sauna far exceeds a traditional steam room. With infrared, I sweat more without the icky humidity of steam. There is so much more I benefit from but this isn't the place for an essay. Take all of that in addition to the excellent customer service, clean environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff who help you understand each services benefit......this place is great!! Their prices for single use, package deals and membership use are very competitive. Most of the places within 20/30 miles of me are more expensive for equal or less offerings.
