This office is in Weston and has lots of parking and easy access to their office. It's not busy or congested at all, a really quick in and out. They have the highest precautions to keep everyone safe from COVID or any other germs. The door is locked until you knock. Then they greet you and take your temperature with a contactless thermometer before they even allow you to enter. They then send you directly to the restroom to wash your hands. They schedule patients far enough apart so you don't even see anyone other than the staff. The front desk staff, every nurse and the practice administrator are all exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. They have the most current and advanced technology, testing, supplements and functional medicine. The staff takes as much time that is needed to make you feel comfortable in understanding all testing procedures and results, and then go over your options and together come up with a plan to promote your health and wellness and get you to your most optimal health performance. I think their pricing is extremely reasonable for the amount of time, testing, administering, planning and reviewing that they spend on each service for each client. They treat you as a family member, take their time to get to know you and your concerns. They try to get to the root of any ailments you may have and use a holistic approach in helping you. If I could give it a 0 I would after many years of being a patient there lately the office has really changed. After being on bio identical for over 15 years I now sit here feeling worse than I have ever felt. The office messed up my order of the medication numerous phone calls later and weeks of being totally out of my medication I still don't have my meds no phone call from anybody no concern whatsoever for my health. My husband is a patient and I noticed he started to look really good. I'm not able to reach their office. Their office hours/days are currently Wednesday through Saturday which is fine, but it would be nice to be able to ask them a quick important question. I have tried to leave a message more than once in the last few months and again yesterday; but their machine gives you an error message. I have emailed them my personal medical concerns and hope to hear back soon. The Doctor has an emergency phone number to leave a message, but will only return your call if it is a true medical emergency. Otherwise, a member of their staff will return your call basically at their leisure during the next business day. I had been reading about bio-identical hormone replacement for some years now, but was hesitant to try it. Now all I regret is not having done this sooner!
