I do not like the giant fake lip look and since it was my first time I insisted that we only do one. He ended up COMPLETELY botching my lips and making them seriously lumpy and lopsided. I waited a week to see if they would settle in more before going back. When they did not improve the same Dr. injected a small amount more to try to even them out, and kept telling me it looked so botched because I only let him do one syringe the first time. I felt like he was blaming me for how they looked when it is his job to know how to inject evenly. My lips still remained lopsided even after more filler was added and I ended up going to another Dr. and paying to dissolve them. The second Dr. could not believe how lumpy my lips were (it was like a marble sized ball of filler in my lower lip) and was shocked that the first Dr. tried to talk me into doing 2 syringes my first time. Dissolving them was painful and took 2 sessions, but was 100% worth getting the filler out. So I paid a little over $1000 between adding the filler and then dissolving it. Such a waste, I would definitely warn anyone about doing filler at this location.

You would think that during these unprecedented times, they would be taking precautions and following CDC guidelines with their customers and staff. Not the case in this office. My appointment was at 2:20 PM on September 4th, and it was 3:10 PM and I still wasn't seen. I was still waiting in that waiting room while people kept coming in and out, one after the other, and the technician was still unavailable to see me. Horrible experience. We make appointments for a reason!!!!!! It's understandable having to wait 10, 15 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes, but 50 minutes????? Come on. More exposure for me to have gotten Covid-19!!!
