As if having a wreck isn't stressful enough when I called this place at 9:08am 2-8-2016 and told them we were in a wreck over the weekend & that we were told to call them for repairs......The lady that answered then proceeded to tell me that they already have 9 tows for the morning & even if they came & got our car they wouldn't even look at it for AT LEAST two weeks (while sighing & huffing on the phone as if I interrupted her day). I have NEVER felt so un-welcomed as a customer in my life.She actually did us a favor though because had it not been for her making me cry I would not have found the AMAZING body shop I found.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the color of the new parts does not match perfectly. If you look with more than just a passing glance it makes my white car look like it has a five o'clock shadow. EDIT: The company reached out and offered to fix the paint, great people!

They also presented two different options for repair (one being much less expensive than the other).
