My daughters car was involved in a minor accident at Auburn University. I initially had the car towed to another repair shop. The quote from that repair shop was over $4000. I was expecting it to be half that price. Based on Integrity's reviews I decided to tow the car to their shop and get a second opinion. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Mike and his team repaired the car in 4 days at a cost of $1400. Never have I been this happy to pay $1400 for a car repair I cannot recommend Integrity high enough. The name says it all. read more

My Ford F150 XLT is my favorite vehicle but since it is 2016 it doesn't have a backup camera. I backed into something and broke the tail light lens. Local Toyota dealer gave me an estimate for $3600 for repairs my 4Runner needed when the check engine light came on. They provided me with a laundry list of issues that needed immediate repair. I called Todd at Integrity and dropped my car off there for the repair. He quoted me $2500 for the same repairs but wanted to do the diagnostic testing himself. I picked my car up today. $50 for the repair. Could not find the head gasket leaks the dealer said was the problem. In fact, not one of the issues the dealer 'found' were there. Know what made it so shady? The dealers mechanic wanted to make an offer to buy my car as a project car... but said his offer would be very low knowing it needed all the repairs. Word of advice: don't take your car anywhere but Integrity Auto. Their goal is to give your excellent, honest repairs. I assure you, I will NEVER go anywhere else! You can trust these guys!!!! This company told me to bring my car in for my brakes and a oil change and they would get me in that day before they closed and that was before 9 that morning. I called at 3 to check on it and they yold me that it would not be until tomorrow before they could get to it. I told them that was not what I was told because I would not have taken my car there if they couldnt get to it. The male was extremely rude, unproffessional, condescending, and basically called me a liar and told me to come get it.... I will not recommend this company to anyone anymore. What he failed to realize is the agency I worked for uses them but after this experience I will be recommending we take our business elsewhere because that behavior today displayed was unexceptable.... read more

We are so impressed!! We were heading to New Orleans for the weekend and experienced a minor car issue along the way. We came across this auto repair shop, which was right off the freeway! The staff was very friendly, professional and started working on our car immediately. The waiting area and restrooms were very clean (which isn't always the case in auto repair shops). I was on a road trip (and 2 hours from home) and my car overheated, so I had to pull off the road. Stopped at AutoZone and replaced my thermostat, thinking that was the problem after ruling out coolant levels, fan, and water pump. I ended up spending the night in Opelika because my car was still overheating. The first two mechanics I called in the morning were really busy, then I called Integrity and spoke to Todd (Manager) and they, too, were busy, but Todd took the time to listen to my problem. He even helped me troubleshoot my car over the phone while I was still at my hotel. After having no luck, Todd offered to take a look at my car if I could get it there (4 miles down the road). I got there and although all his techs were busy, Todd himself took time out of his day to work on my car. I can't say enough how great the customer service was! I'm not a rich man. Bought my daughter, a student at Auburn, a good 2003 Mercedes coupe. Had it over a year, she loves it, then it wouldn't start. I live 250+ miles away. Began calling around Auburn area getting quotes to fix her car. OMG. Everyone sees Mercedes and automatically jacks the price up. I decided my only choice was order a starter and install it myself. Most places wouldn't install a starter unless I purchased it from them (for unbelievable prices). Then I thought I'd look on Yelp. Found 5 Stars for Integrity Auto and thought we'd give them a try. I brought my car in on June 1, 2018 to be diagnosed. I had already been to autozone and was notified that my starter, alternator, and battery were fine. One of the workers notified me that they thought it was a wiring issue. On June 4, I received a call that it was my alternator. I wasn't able to come in this day because I was out of town, but I had a warranty on my alternator so I switched it out and brought back a brand new one. The car rode fine until the 14th. I took it in June 15 because I called and let the shop know that my warning lights were back on. Later on that evening, I received a call that I needed a new alternator and was being charged another diagnostic fee. I was upset and went into the shop and I can admit that I wasn't as professional as I could have been but that is anybody and a call to the police was made, which could have been prevented if the workers would have just listened to what I was trying to ask. Well of course, an attitude was already perceived about me I don't know why. Took my vehicle to another mechanic and my alternator was FINE there were wires not put back together from the job that was SUPPOSEDLY diagnosed. Car is riding very well now. read more
