I have a 13 year old car whose driver's side was totaled by an inattentive driver. It took a while to get the parts and the repair done, but my car looks brand new. They were friendly and informative. Hopefully I will never need such work again, but I would certainly go back to them and I would refer them to anyone that needed excellent body work on their car. We called this place first thing Monday morning because they were recommended to us through our insurance company over the weekend. As if having a wreck isn't stressful enough when I called this place at 9:08am 2-8-2016 and told them we were in a wreck over the weekend & that we were told to call them for repairs......The lady that answered then proceeded to tell me that they already have 9 tows for the morning & even if they came & got our car they wouldn't even look at it for AT LEAST two weeks (while sighing & huffing on the phone as if I interrupted her day). I have NEVER felt so un-welcomed as a customer in my life.She actually did us a favor though because had it not been for her making me cry I would not have found the AMAZING body shop I found. read more
