I went to Bells Nails for a deluxe gel pedicure. The atmosphere was very, very clean and it looks like it was recently redone. The pedicure was 3 stars. I didn't feel like she got a lot of callus, skin and cuticle off. She was also not very personable. My toes turned out okay, but not great and not really worth the price I paid. I would not be back and do not recommend this nail salon. read more

I came here about a month ago for a pedicure with my mom for my birthday. It was easy to call and schedule, I received a text reminder as well which was nice. The staff were all hardworking and my pedicure was fantastic! I believe I had the deluxe. Warm water, massage chair, a nice foot scrub and rub. I love the paraffin wax. The smell of the scrub was something citrus and it was wonderful! The person who worked on my toes was professional and nice. She did a great job on each part including the painting. Such a bad experience!! $80 FOR CRAP SERVICE! My mother was treating herself before a girls trip with her friends, and she came back with this! She was so embarrassed she didn't want to tell me it was a horrible experience! She had asked for her mani and pedi to match colors. Like people normally do. She wanted something bright and festive since she was going on a cruise. And the comment from the tech was, "It's going to be too bright, you don't want that!" Who gives a crap if she wants it bright?!! It's not your nails, and you're not wearing it! It wasn't what she asked for. She was ignored when she asked again to match her toes! My mother sat there waiting for the tech to come back and change it and the tech completely ignored her. This was about 30-40 minutes of waiting. She even asked again if she was going to fix it, and the tech just said she was done. My mother isn't a timid person, she'll ask for what she wants. But she asked not once, not twice but three times to have it fixed and she was ignored. She didn't wanted cause a scene, especially since this place was recommend by her friend. But she left there in tears, and upset. It wasn't what she wanted at all! On top of that the quality was crap! The top coat didn't go all the way to the edges! It wasn't a smooth paint job. Like it was rushed! Never going back again, or recommending anyone to this business! Also- p.s. she was so embarrassed to show me, I had to force a pic just to show you! So I went in for a deluxe pedicure and basic manicure. I started getting my pedicure 5 minutes before my friend sat down to get hers. However, the gal who did my pedicure, Alyssa, (though super friendly), was roughshod with the file and cutical clippers (actually missed my nails and hit my skin a number of times), didn't take time with my pedicure or manicure (my deluxe pedicure and basic manicure were over at the same time as my friend's deluxe pedicure.) My friend's nail tech took nearly twice as long to do her pedicure as my tech. And it shows. Am disappointed since past experiences at this place have been great, but I am disappointed with this final product. read more

Amazing customer service! I tried powder dip for the first time. After 2-3 days, a few of my nails popped off and they got me right in to fix it. Dat was so nice and accommodating! Bells Nails offers a huge selection of color options in shellac which is what I always get since it lasts longer. If you're in the south jordan area, this is definitely the place to go for a good value and even better service. Great time and it felt really good getting a pedicure after all these months. $40 was a great deal. I felt comfortable with their hygienic practice of having customers wash their hands directly upon arrival. You were spread 4-5 chairs between parties. I am extremely picky about my nail salons, and this place was really great! I came in for a pedicure and left super happy! I love that they have you wash your hands right when you come in. They also bring all the cleaning supplies and new stuff right in front of you, so you know the stuff is clean and not re-used. Staff is super friendly and talkative. The massage chairs are really great too! The place also doesn't smell horrible which is great. Decor is pleasant and there's a lot of natural light that comes in. Prices are also super reasonable! I went in this evening and got acrylics for the first time. I'm not entirely dissatisfied, I just feel as though my nails were rushed. The paint job is a little sloppy and they didn't paint the tips of my nails. My friend and I were the only ones in there, so there wasn't a reason they needed to rush. My nails are a little crooked, even though I pointed it out to my technician a few times. The underside of my nails is rough and needed to be filed. I feel as though these little things occurred because i'm younger and they didn't expect me to tip, even though i did. The salon it's self is so nice and the renovations look amazing! I would love to come back but after this experience, I think i'll get my fill somewhere else. Just pay more attention to details !! read more

Went in for a "Basic" pedicure and manicure. I just wanted to relax but soon realized that the nail tech I had was in training. My pedicure experience was ok. The sink of the chair was possessed. Drain and water pressure issues. They took the lining out and told me to put my feet back inside(no lining)...It took a bit longer than expected but foot massage was fast.:/ It was a bit uneasy. I initially went due to the great reviews but do NOT recommend!! They lost my reservation but accepted me as a walk in only after I showed my phone log proving I had called and spoke with someone. The lady did a TERRIBLE job with my acrylics. Uneven filing job both on edge and top of nail. It was lumpy and too thick and crooked! There was acrylic under my natural nails and sides of my nails. They looked awful! They didn't even listen when I asked them to adjust how they looked, and I ended up having to get them fixed elsewhere due to how bad it was! Never again. In response to the reply: the nail technician asked if the shape of my first nail was good and that was it. The job was rushed and I was asked to get out of the seat to make room for the next customer the second the acrylic was put on the last nail. It wasn't trimmed or cleaned up ensure quality of the work. Micro managing an employee in order to get a good set of nails is not something either party enjoys and that isn't something I've had to do elsewhere. I understand that your scheduling app was having issues but I was still a paying customer and should get the same quality your regulars get. I do appreciate your reply but don't trust that my nails would look good and it was overall not a good experience for me so I won't be returning. read more
