My daughters and I went to have Pedicures yesterday which was our first time visitng this location... The nail tech who was performing my pedicure was more interrested in visitng with her neighbor than her job... My cuticles were not pushed or trimmed back, the exfoliation was almost non existentist, along with the massage (if you call it a massage). My feet already look in need of exfolation and we just had pedicures yesterday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and kind, and even the tech was kind, just poor performance... Not my favorite, could have been much better IF she was focusing on doing her job instead of visiting! Not a warm and fuzzy by any means... Spent over $200for 3 pedicures, only to need another one very soon! read more

I have been coming to Xclusive Nail Lounge for a few years now and couldn't recommend it more. I love that they care about their clients and work to make my experience excellent every time I come in. They have great massage chairs and they always do a fantastic job if it's a regular pedicure or a broken nail. One time I chipped a toe and they fixed it the next day without blinking. I know I can count on them to give me a perfect pedicure I don't have the cutest heels but they always make them better. I love Lily. Spend your money somewhere else. They'll sit there and talk sh*t about you in their language for speaking up on something you want adjusted/dislike. They took 2 hours for a basic gel polish, with NO MANICURE. It was left super chunky and thick on my entire nail. I have had acrylic nails for more years than I can remember. A pedi is a great treat as I don't have that done as often as my nails. Today was my first time going to this location as i recently moved to this area. Please note, I will never go back!!!! They charged $62 for a pedicure that I had to have them correct more than once! I've gotten my nails done here twice and will never be coming back. Both times I've been here I have been overcharged.

I called in to see if I could come in to have a full set removed (they had been on for three weeks) they told me I could come in. I showed up and they started removing the acrylic set. Half way through they switched me to someone else and she just did an awful job. Didn't fully remove the acrylic or at least file them down to a smooth even layer. They were bumpy and unevenly shaped. I asked for round shape and had to have her reshape them twice because apparently round was was a foreign shape to her. She put the color on and it was just a terrible paint job as you can see in the photos. This is my second time here and the first time was just as bad. It sucks because this place is right behind my house. I had to go to the beauty supply store and buy nail tools to fix my manicure and do it all over by myself at home. I drive 40 minutes to Orem because it's the only place that does a good enough job. But this was my first time and xclusive and they did such a good job! My mani and pedi were both done by different women and both of them are absolutely amazing!! I watched the other women work and it seems like everyone is absolutely amazing! They all pay so much attention and I never felt uncomfortable asking them to do certain things or telling them what I wanted. Jennifer did my gel x nails sooo good!!! Came here with a friend today, we were recommended here by multiple people and were not impressed. Honestly one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The nail tech that was NOT mine (I believe her name was YB) kept commenting on how terrible my nails were and kept offering to give me a manicure because they were "so bad". I'm not sure how they run things here but I had 3 people working on me at different times. I don't think I have any skin on my heels left because my nail tech used a literal cheese grater looking thing like 8 times. My massage and color were very mediocre and it totaled to be $90 with a tip. Seriously would not recommend coming here. 2 starts because it was clean and they had a good color selection. read more

Worst manicure I've ever gotten. They took a nail glue grinder machine to my cuticles and nails even though I was getting natural nails done. Then cut my skin with scissors and didn't clean up my cuticles the nail polish was sloppy, old and chunky, and didn't cover my entire nail on the bottom or the sides. The manicure and pedicure at the same time was extremely uncomfortable and not relaxing. I left with worse looking cuticles than going in. Do not go here. read more

I want to like this place. The ladies that have done my nails are always so nice, I like that you can book online, they are open on Sunday and in a convenient location. But.... The buts far outweigh these pros. Yes, you can make an appointment but I have never been here and had them acknowledge my appointments. It always feels as though I am a bother and they are in a hurry to get me out. I also hate that I have never once in four times been able to actually pick my nail color. I just want simple polish, not gel and don't want whichever color whomever is doing my nails thinks is the color I want. And then it just always looks a little off? Too Thick maybe? My sister scheduled me and my friend an appt here for a birthday gift, and the fact that they had no idea we were coming should have been my first clue into how unprofessional this salon was going to be. It looked clean and it wasn't busy, so we stayed. My friend went to get a manicure, but her attendant cut her cuticles too close and cut her in other places. She also didn't put any polish on. My friend is too nice to say anything so paid and just made a decision to not come again. I pointed it out it the cashier, and she just said "oh, sensitive skin". Wow. My attendant did a decent job, but was super pushy about me getting a gel pedicure rather than a regular polish, and having never gotten one before, I agreed since I was assured it would last a lot longer. Well, just 2 weeks later, the polish was chipping and took off the top layer of my nails with it so they look really rough and just ugly. The massage chair also seemed old and was massaging my rectal area which was super uncomfortable. I will Never go back, especially since the place I usually go is Much more affordable ($65!!) and has never caused me harm. read more

I was not impressed. The nail tech kept leaving to do other things and didn't pay attention to detail. The nails weren't cut or filed straight. They were all uneven and bumpy. Let me preface this by saying.. i never write reviews. It's more hastle than it's worth but today i had to. This is the WORST nail shop i have ever been to. The lady who did my nails did them so poorly that before i even left one had popped off. When i discussed my concerns with the "manager" she stated she would have to charge me to remove them. The acrylic was pushed up underneath my cuticle. My natural nails underneath my acrylics were obliterated. She failed to remove the rest of my existing color. The "finished" nails were full of air bubbles the design was GOD AWFUL and the underneath of them were so sharp you could scratch someone. Absolutely the worst experience i have had. I made an appointment with YB since she had been recommended to me. I think they don't really look at the appointment schedule because they almost gave me to someone else and I insisted upon YB. Upon walking in they have you walk to the back and wash your hands. It is clean and with good lighting. The chairs are comfortable and give a great massage. I only had it massage my back not my bum. Everyone is masked and if a client is not wearing it or wearing it incorrectly they politely ask them to mask up. They also have plexiglass at the nail stations. YB is from South Korea. She is Awesome! I had the mani/pedi ($64) package and it was perfect. YB gives a great massage on your lower legs, feet, hands, and arms. I had regular polish since gel is too damaging to my nails. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be back. read more

I made an appointment and when I got there my nail tech had just started a pedicure with another client and asked if I could wait but I couldn't wait that long, keep in mind I had made this appointment two weeks ago. I ended p with another nail tech and she got me soaking and when I tried to get the massage chair going she told me it wasn't working. Why would she put me in a broken chair? I also asked for manicure which took 15 minutes while I was in the broken massage chair. I was charged $92 for these two service which took less than an hour. read more

I went In on a Tuesday morning to get them removed. I got them done on a Friday night. I went in and told them I wanted them off and the lady said she can redo them but that was the owner telling me that but I didn't want them done from the same girl. I told her it's okay I didn't make it a big deal in the salon but the girl who did my nails was also the one taking them off and I informed her that it wasn't the style or color and I didn't like how she didn't take her time and blah blah right. She was trying to explain to me about her work and you know I wasn't going to sit there and argue with her. The girl who was In charge said to come back and that she is sorry and that I'm very nice lol but did not give me a refund or a store credit which is bad service to me.
