I came in yesterday looking for a pot for a golden pothos I inherited. There was also some kind of something on it. Layla checked out the photo I had and said it was a fungus. Which was the best case scenario for me. She guided me on what size pot and what treatments to buy to treat the plant and my other plants in the future when watering. You can go for just a few things or with a…read morebudget in mind like $100...last time I went to get some violets and cone flowers and spent $200.... I especially love their houseplant selection, I have nearly 100 different houseplants and many of them came from here including a bunch of carnivorous plants, my favorite being butterwort and drosera. They probably have one of the best tropical and houseplant selections within a few hundred miles. My girlfriend and I often go together and spend $300 each per trip. Their outdoor plant selection is even bigger. They don't have very many aquatic plants but they do carry a few. I usually buy a ton of perennials for my yard and front garden each year and a few annuals. The one thing I will not buy here is trees. Their trees are quite a bit over priced and they don't stand behind them. We spent a few thousand dollars on trees last year, many of them $100+ each and we had about 20% of them die within a year. For paying that much more and having no warranty, you are better off going almost anywhere else. And they will not cut you a deal if you want to buy a bunch to line a driveway or fence line like Adcock's and some other nurseries will. The only time I've had them give me a deal is if they've had something sit for a year or more. They have a great selection of pots and statues as well and they are also premium priced. I sometimes get one or two here if I see something unique and cool but mostly I buy that stuff elsewhere. They have a great rare area, most of that stuff is in the main building where the restroom and bird supplies are. As it would be anywhere else, that stuff is expensive but you can get plants that you won't see anywhere else. The staff is extremely helpful. Brianna is a favorite as she posts new items in a local FB group highlighting all the cool new plants coming in.

This is my first review of a business ever on yelp as I'm a very easy going person and don't get…read moretoo upset about minor things, but I will definitely never go back to this business. Last year my husband and I asked for perennial plants for our flower bed. Those supposed perennials didn't come back up this year and I asked about them at a different nursery. I was told at that other nursery that those plants are not perennials. I also had a conversation with a contractor who came to our house and he told me that he was also sold the same plants as perennials at Click's Nursery and his also didn't come back. When I called the nursery, the owner picked up and argued with me that those plants are definitely not perennials and that they would have never sold them as such. Obviously I was not the only person who supposedly "misunderstood". My husband was there with me when we bought the plants and my contractor was also told the same thing on a seperate occasion. The owner told me to come back in and they would let me pick new plants. Well enough, I though, however, I was treated extremely poorly when I did come back. The owner acted as if I was lying to them. The lady who initially sold us the plants completely ignored me and when I asked her for help she acted annoyed. I asked her about a specific plant and she didn't know anything about it because it didn't have a sticker. She said: "I don't know, I only sell, I don't plant". It woud be nice if she knew what she is selling. After I had finally been able to pick my plants I was told that if these plants don't come back next year I couldn't come back and that they don't guarantee plants. 1. I never asked to come back (we are moving away). 2. I don't expect them to guarantee plants, however, I do expect that what they sell is what I asked for. When I said the above I was told that I was wrong and they were right and to be glad I received my free plants. There was no reasoning with these people and I just walked away. This is about the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
