Almost $1000 later (which seemed a bit excessive for sealer and fluid).....the system is still broken and they are refusing to do anything about it - and instead suggested replacing both ACs. The whole thing seems a bit sticky to me and I'm not interested in engaging them at all. I live in a townhome complex in the college/Dovercourt area and many of my neighbours have chosen not to use them and instead have provided their own referrals. #frustrating

He was not only an excellent technician but also a life saver. My 30 something years old furnace stopped working earlier this evening and the temperature in the house kept dropping. The hvac guy I used before didn't respond so I reached out to a couple of hvac companies in the area and I was worried that I might not get a response tonight, not to mention to get someone to come in to fix it. Long story short, Bulot responded to me almost immediately and within an hour he was at my door. He was very knowledgeable while being super friendly. He got right to the job and kept trying different things until the problem was fixed. Now my furnace is blowing hot air and I no longer need to prepare myself to sleep in a freezing bedroom. I found these guys through yelp and called them to come and see what's wrong with my furnace…read moresystem. The furnace was making this crazy noise and even though it April I couldn't go without it. Anyways, I called and left a message, the guy called me within couple of hours and I explained to him the problem on the phone so he sort of knew what the issue was and told me not to worry and that the furnace is not about to break. He scheduled a visit for the next day and came a little later than he said but called to let me know. The issue was exactly what he thought and he already had that part in the van so he didn't have to go back and forth, just fixed it on the spot. Honestly it wasn't cheap but these things never are, I saw the part and the whole replacement so I know the work was done properly. Bottom line, he got the job done and was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.
