Kirk was great to come up with a few different loan scenarios and options, allowing us to select the loan we felt most comfortable with but never pressuring us to do what he wanted us to do. Towards the end of our loan close /funding, there was a LOT of miscommunication and mistakes made between the Escrow company and the Lender... Kirk was quick to respond to the emails and phone calls going back and forth, and knew the numbers inside and out.
