At best, my interactions with Keith were a complete waste of time that postponed home buying for several weeks. After I submitted all the financial documents he requested, he completely ghosted - not a word. I sent one email, requesting an update, and was told Keith would "reach out ASAP." He didn't reply at all. He didn't reply until I told them to cancel my application. Then he emailed and gave a weak excuse, blaming it on scheduling software. I asked him to delete my application (because I don't want my financial records sitting with someone I don't trust.) He said he would do it - days later, all my records are still there. I hope Keith is simply lazy and irresponsible, as opposed to a con artist who wanted my financial records for who-knows-what and potentially lowered my credit score in the process. How many other mortgage groups have you seen out there with a solid 5 star rating? I can tell you from experience that this is the best group to work with. They are part of a larger firm (RPM) and have had so many successful transactions - it's hard to believe an industry that has such a bad rap can have a solid stand out group here in Seattle.
