Everything about the…read moreexperience was extremely streamlined from booking to filling out waivers to navigating to the marina. Willo gave superb instructions on operating and piloting the boat including an overview of relevant customs and laws while out on the water. Our group had six adults and one 2-year old and they had plenty of water safety devices for all ages. On a side note, it was wonderful to see how genuinely excited Willo was about Lake Travis once again having a healthy water level after several dry years. In terms of our experience on the lake, we got excellent advice on where to travel based on our team's interests and after following his directions it felt like we had arrived on our own private lake. We probably only saw a handful of other boats during our 3-hour excursion and that was only in passing. The boat came with a Garmin GPS that made it really easy to retrace our steps. For those wondering, there was excellent cell phone service out on the lake and we were able to use our phone GPS, make calls, and stream music. The boat had some nice integrated speakers with Bluetooth connectivity and we were able to jam out to our own tunes. There was also a cool flotation device attached to the back of the boat called the Aqua Lily Pad which we unrolled after anchoring, we had multiple adults laying on it without sinking into the lake. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience and we would highly recommend booking with Float On.

Instead, the staff/driver made disgusting and inappropriate comments about my girlfriend's breasts and was openly hitting on her 19-year-old sister and the other women on the boat. It made everyone extremely uncomfortable and ruined the experience. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior, especially from a business responsible for hosting people on the water. Women should be able to enjoy a boat day without being sexualized, harassed, or made to feel unsafe by the very people being paid to provide the service. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Completely unacceptable. The driver's name is Max.

Jeramy's Boat Rentals made everything super easy. we didn't have to worry about driving the boat, docking, or navigating the lake. Our captain (shoutout captain extremo! Aka Jake) was so nice and fun, and knew all the best coves to anchor and swim. The boat was clean, had an amazing sound system, and plenty of space for our group to relax and dance. Our captain, Travis, was the best captain! He was a very fun time and did a great job of making sure we knew the boat rules and stayed safe while out on such a busy day. Once with a pontoon boat and the other time with 2 jet skis. They were great at offering tips on where to go on the Colorado River and Lake LBJ. They also took the time to explain everything. The dock guys were great. Really friendly and wanted us to have a great time. The pontoon had a small issue where it wouldn't restart in the middle of the lake. But I called them and they walked me through a few things to try and we got it restarted within 10 minutes. They were already on their way to help us. We got a text with our total fuel used within 30 minutes of checking the boats in. Didn't have to wait around for anything. Just stepped off the boats and go. Would definitely rent from these guys again!!!!

I called in last night to inquire about a boat rental, I got prices and information on what we would need to rent the boat, which was a drivers license and a credit card, and you had to be born before September 1993. All requirements my husband meets. We headed out this morning and everything was going great, we decided on the boat we wanted, handed over our license and credit card. Our total was well over 1000 dollars which we were ok with. The two men at the front desk were very nice and helping us through the process when the lady from the office "manager" steps out and says she is not allowed to rent to someone who speaks Spanish. I ask what she means by this and she again says she can't rent to some one who can't comprehend English. Yes my husband doesn't not speak English fluently but can comprehend and read it well enough to rent a boat! She stated it's written policy from the insurance which when I asked her to see this written she hid in her office and handed one of the men a sticky note with the insurance information. of course a 1800 number that is closed during the weekend. I really feel bad for the owner of this business because as a business owner my self I know how bad a bad employee can have an influence on a paying customer. I thought racism was a thing of the past especially in area known or advertised for tourism. (Also I did speak to a few agents at Markel the insurance company and they stated that this was not part of their policy, and much rather had to do with the manager or owner of the store we were renting from)

The owner Jon was really helpful. By the time we were done our youngest daughter was having so much fun we had to pry her off the board. I think what I liked best is we didn't feel like customers. Jon made us all feel like friends. We talked about it the whole way home. We are already making plans to go back. Put this on your bucket list.
