They handled my security codes to my house and garage to get in and did all this without me being there. This is a trustworthy company that still holds on to family values. You can feel that every step of the way from when you first call in for a quote to pick up, through payment, and through back to delivery. They never complained about how old my "baby" (what I call my vintage golf cart) was. My golf cart is very sentimental to me for soooo many reasons (my dad passing away & love of golf and the dear friends who originally allowed me to purchase her back in Maine) and they handled HER and ME with care. They got her serviced and back up and running so quickly at a VERY fair price. I thought it would be 3x more as I had neglected her for a bit due to life circumstances. Kenfield even delivered her back to me w/out getting paid. The ONLY company I trust and trust me too. I love a great business partnership which can be very rare in this world. They even brought her back to their shop so I could have her transported by a professional golf cart shipping company to me at my other home in another state!! He installed larger tires and 6 " lift kit, front clay rack, mag-jak grill, handle for passenger (elderly parent) to embark and a folding box rack for the rear when seat folded down as well as rear hold bar. Best of all was paying the extra money to have the 6 batteries removed (their price taken off my total cost) and replaced with a lithium battery. It is basically maintenance free and gives room under the seat for carrying smaller tools. I have owned this for 2 years now and only issue is the windshield cracked due to rough handling on my part. We live on acreage with sandy soil. I am able to use this to carry water to plants (30 gal barrel), put a 25 gal sprayer on the back for fence maintenance, haul limbs, carry large tools and haul feed out to livestock. I used old pvc pipe zip tied to railings to carry shovel, rakes, sprayer nozzle and wasp spray!! I have gotten stuck twice, once in DEEP sand and once in the muck. Pulled out by truck or tractor. The one drawback is that it does not have any pulling power, whether to pull a mower or to pull large limbs to burn pile. But it does all that I wanted, especially able to take my mom out and about. Because it is so quiet, my husband will use it instead of his Polaris to go hog hunting! Thanks Blake!

We purchased a new 2026 Denago Nomad XL on June 3rd. The cart was not delivered until June 11th and had cosmetic damage from where it was tied down. This was relatively minor and would have been ok had the cart not been making a squealing noise. We informed Mission golf cars Waco immediately and were told it would be fixed and to keep driving it until they could arrange for transportation. We drove it a hand full of time and noticed new sounds that were not normal each time. The dealer said they were going to replace it. Weeks past and I called to check on the status of our replacement and the sales guy said he drove the replacement cart and it was making a sound and he was going to see if he could have fixed before sending it. At this point I told him I would like them to come get our cart and reimburse our money. He put me in contact with his manager who immediately tried to up sell me on another brand to which I replied no just come get this one. He said he would have to arrange transportation and that we would be reimbursed once the cart was returned. That was a week ago and we have not heard a word from mission golf cars. In the interim we have made a few attempts to reach out to the director of relationship and sales at their corporate office to see if he could assist and he has not returned our calls or e-mails
