It later turned out that she is not allergic to dogs at all. That comment alone made me uncomfortable enough to request a different doctor. Second time we were sent here again for another testing. The front desk receptionist, Sue, was extremely rude and came across as very discriminatory in the way she treated me. Recently, my daughter needed amoxicillin testing, and Sue told us they were running low on stock and that she would call us when it became available. It has now been over two weeks, and we never received a single call or update. She also never explained that the wait would be long, even after I clearly stated that my daughter urgently needed allergy medication due to constant flare-ups and sinus infections. Today, we stopped by the office and saw that the waiting list was literally written on the back of a flyer, with names scribbled out and completely disorganized. I was shocked. When I asked to speak with the manager, Sue initially said the manager was on lunch break, but once she realized we were willing to wait, she suddenly went to get her. Unfortunately, the manager was not very helpful either. Dr. Vu was kind, caring, and professional, but aside from that, I am highly dissatisfied with this office. I couldn't believe she got him THAT DAY. She completely understood the severity. The swelling was extremely painful, until he saw Dr.Dov Bloch. Dr. Bloch is exceptional in every way. He immediately did what the Emergency Room couldn't. He made an incision to drain it, and saw him twice more and now he is fine! Dr. Bloch also cleans my ears and has never hurt me. The quality of care with him is exceptional. Also my office experience on the phone was seamless. This is a unique practice where they have the likelihood of a desired health outcome. He gave me the rush job on my first visit as I explained my problem. When I asked a question he would give me very curt answers. He ordered tests of a ct scan of my sinuses and a barium swallow of my throat because I also had trouble swallowing. Had the tests called for the results said he'd call me with the results and never did. The receptionist was the only one who tried to help. Left a voicemail for his nurse never returned my call. After many attempts and complaints the receptionist had an assistant call me and said he sent a script for steroids for my sinus inflammation. I can't take steroids with my other meds and he should have known this. The doctor on call told me not to take it. The following week I had my follow up he said I had sinus issues and gave me a nasal spray to stop the runny nose which actually works. I'll give him that. Said I had reflux. But the worst was he said I might have had a virus not Covid that took away my taste and smell and I would never get it back. No hope. No more tests nothing. Referred me to a gastroenterologist. Well I got a second opinion from an amazing ent who recommended a hospital in Philadelphia who specializes in smell and taste disorders. I'm currently undergoing those tests. If I would have listened to Dr Bard who just dismissed my case I wouldn't have some hope. So if your looking for plastic surgery this is your office. If your looking for hope don't go to Dr Bard. After the office said they would reconstruct her ear, her earlobe was completely gone after the surgery. they didn't try to save her earlobe or reconstruct it. They did such a horrible job that the keloid grew worse than it was before. She is in constant pain from the keloid. The keloid was originally behind her earlobe and not too noticeable, but now it's all you can see since Dr June cut off the earlobe. She is supposed to be a plastic surgeon but did a mediocre surgery that any general surgeon could even do better.
