By April 13th, two weeks later, there had been no notification of shipping, nor any kind of notice saying when it would ship. I tried to call their customer service at about 5 PM. I got a message saying their customer service was closed and to call again later. Their webpage says their customer service hours are until 6 PM. So, on April 14th, I called at a little after 4 PM. This time I was able to go through the menus and be put into a queue to speak to someone in customer service. After about 15 minutes, it disconnected suddenly for no apparent reason. Now it's been over two weeks without so much as an estimate on shipping, when they say they normally ship within two days, and I've tried repeatedly to call them at their customer service phone number (they don't have an e-mail or chat option to reach them), during their listed customer service hours and have been unable to reach them. So, after they disconnected my customer service call, I opened a dispute with the charges with my bank on the card I used to pay for it. They charged my card immediately after I made the order, but they've been holding on to my money, not shipping my merchandise, not even giving me an estimated ship date, and making it impossible to reach their customer service line. I'd been trying to shop at local and small businesses rather than give yet more business to Amazon. . .but stories like this are why Amazon cornered the market on e-commerce: things like this never happened with them. If they want to compete with the big names, they've got to give customer service that at least can vaguely compare, instead of making me regret not buying through Amazon in the first place.

I waited all day (7 hours from when I went in) and called them right before they closed at 6pm. They apologized and said hopefully they'd have it by the morning and they had never heard back from my doctor. This morning I called my doctors office early to be sure they called them to give them the info so I could pick up my device. They said they got no request from AWA MEDICAL but would call them right then. After another three hours i called this supply place and left a message because they apparently don't answer their phone ever. They haven't returned my call two hours later. MAYBE my doctors office reached them, maybe they left a message, maybe they didn't, I don't know at this point. I've been two days without this device that could save my life. This is not okay. She did give me some Vraylar samples to take along with my Prozac, which I've taken for 20 years and don't have any issue with...I took it for 3 weeks and felt terrible by the 3rd week. I couldn't figure out why. I had been exercising and walking and was putting on weight. Felt uncomfortable, worse trouble sleeping, headaches and being controlled by my bladder! I looked up side effects to Vraylar, causes high blood pressure, diabetes, high blood sugar, trouble sleeping, possible stroke. I am LIVID! So, this person, this medical professional, who met me once, gives me pills to take, which I did because I had no reason not to trust her, only to find out it is sabotaging my health!! I plan on going for my blood test results and then finding a different place to go to. There is no way I am going to trust her again!!! Be careful what you take when they give you pill samples.
