I waited all day (7 hours from when I went in) and called them right before they closed at 6pm. They apologized and said hopefully they'd have it by the morning and they had never heard back from my doctor. This morning I called my doctors office early to be sure they called them to give them the info so I could pick up my device. They said they got no request from AWA MEDICAL but would call them right then. After another three hours i called this supply place and left a message because they apparently don't answer their phone ever. They haven't returned my call two hours later. MAYBE my doctors office reached them, maybe they left a message, maybe they didn't, I don't know at this point. I've been two days without this device that could save my life. This is not okay. I'm playing phone tag with them and in the meantime *hopefully I don't die*. This place is a joke, so incompetent. Run by people that just drop the ball... and jeopardizes peoples health and lives! She did give me some Vraylar samples to take along with my Prozac, which I've taken for 20 years and don't have any issue with...I took it for 3 weeks and felt terrible by the 3rd week. I couldn't figure out why. I had been exercising and walking and was putting on weight. Felt uncomfortable, worse trouble sleeping, headaches and being controlled by my bladder! I looked up side effects to Vraylar, causes high blood pressure, diabetes, high blood sugar, trouble sleeping, possible stroke. I am LIVID! So, this person, this medical professional, who met me once, gives me pills to take, which I did because I had no reason not to trust her, only to find out it is sabotaging my health!! I plan on going for my blood test results and then finding a different place to go to. There is no way I am going to trust her again!!! Be careful what you take when they give you pill samples. I think they are getting kickback. They don't care what the effect may have on you.
