Even though they have a sign out front, their door inside the building is not well marked. It is the suite to the right as you enter the building if that helps. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They guided me through the process and did some research to make sure I was getting what I needed. The audiologist, Tammy, was awesome, she was very professional and personable. She administered a hearing test for me and provided me great feedback. She also took some ear molds for me for the hearing protection. Even though they were not able to fulfill my full request, they found someone that could and provided me my molds. I was hoping I was able to do business with them. My experience with them was very positive and they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my hearing protection through the best method.

The staff was very friendly and they worked with my insurance company to get the most bang for my buck. All I had to do was show up. Making an appointment here was easy. I was able to get one the next day. they have an nice waiting area with autographed celebrity photos thanking some guy named Bill, who I am assuming is the owner. The pictures go way back. Mike was very knowledge, supportive and professional. He brought a sense of humor and wit with him as well. I got a hearing test completed and he did my ear molds. They then ordered my hearing protection for me and set up an appointment to pick it up. On top of all that he discussed an annual maintenance program for the hearing protection. I was very pleased with my appointment. He made sure that everything was done right. Whenever I do find myself needing some hearing assistance, this will be my spot. I was pleasantly surprised with the results and customer service.

I have had hearing aids for several yrs and Dr Sherry was recommended by a friend after I expressed my frustrations with my current aids and care. So I met Dr. Sherry and it was the most complete and amazing ear exam I have ever had! I was tested with and without the aids and at each step adjustments were made to tweak my aids so I could get maximum benefit. I was treated with kindness and respect and everything was explained each step of the way. She took my current hearing aids and adjusted them to match my hearing and I am hearing better than I have in such a long time! In fact, it's one of the first things my wife realized.
