The staff who answer the phone for both the ENTs and audiology are incompetent and rude. The office that serves both sides uses computer phones. My patient with hearing aides cannot understand them at all. They mumble, they echo, they talk on speaker and do not use headphones+microphone. When you tell them, they say there's nothing they can do and move on. I asked them to pass on the feedback and they said it's not their job. I was interrupted and then hung up on twice -- because I described the problem and told them it is unacceptable. My patient, who is an adult child, was hung up on because she could not hear them. THIS IS AN OFFICE THAT WORKS FOR (not with, FOR) PEOPLE WITH HEARING ISSUES, and they hang up on you because you can't hear the system they use, which does not cater to deaf and hard-of-hearing! The one I talked to one of the times said she doesn't even talk to that many hearing impaired people, and that she and other staff can't hear us well either. There seems to be no training for the staff to first of all understand that they serve the patients not the other way around, and that they have to cater to the population with disabilities that this business exists for! The doctor and audiologists are fine if you make it past this joke of a scheduling system.

Thankfully, she set the expectation that the hearing aid would be uncomfortable for up to 2 weeks. We are well past the 2 week period and my mom's hearing has improved dramatically!! My mom has been fitted with the Lyric hearing device. It is tiny and cannot be seen at all! We have been waiting for an X-small Lyric for several years. It is finally available. This is her third hearing aid. Finally one that really works! Thank you Total Hearing Solutions.

DO NOT GO TO THIS QUACK!! Went to Dr. Swim around 2010/2011 for persistent chronic ear infections…read more He gave me multiple hearing tests and told me I had a deviated septum. He told me that was the source of my infections. I begged him to put tubes in my ears. He being a doctor (for lack of a better term), I let him fix my septum. Within a few weeks I again had another ear infection again. I told him that I keep getting ear infections. He gave me Flonase. I used it as directed by him and still got the infections. When I tell him that I keep getting ear infections. He says keeping using Flonase. I'm sure he was getting kick backs. Present day (2019)I still get the ear infections. Every time I get one, the doctors asks why I haven't got tubes in my ears. I then tell them of this Quack that was only interested in making as much money as he could from a patient! I gave him plenty of opportunity to fix the problem!

Told my niece (an audiologist) in Florida and she said he's scamming you. Multiple times I told Chris I was going to my attorney. His response was "do what you have to do". I did and went to small claims court. In the meantime I went to Reid Audiology. The audiologist called Phonak and was quickly told I don't own any Phonak hearing aids. In fact, their records showed what I had as having been returned and sitting in their warehouse. In other words he sold me stolen property! After as many delays as Jonathan Hersey (Chris's son and owner) could do he was ordered to refund me in full and pay court costs. Chris and his son, Jonathan, are scammers who prey on the elderly. If you search on mycase.in.gov you will find they have been sued multiple times and made to pay each time.
