Took my Siemens hearing aids to have them repaired. 10 days later I asked them to call Siemens and…read moreask when I could expect them to come back. - lo and behold 15 minutes later they called and said they just came in. Went in and tried them on and they didn't work. The remote still didn't communicate with the left hearing aid which is why I brought them in in the first place. I noticed that the ear cups were still yellowed from use and exposure to ear wax, which is pretty normal. You would think that having been sent in for repair they would have replaced the ear cups. I left with the hearing aids which still did not work and the next day I went back to Beneficial Hearing Aids where I originally purchased the aids. My person there questioned why the ear cups were dirty and asked me if this was how they were returned to me. She got on the phone and called Siemens repair dept. and gave them the 2 serial numbers of my 2 hearing aids. They said these aids had never been sent in to them for repair. Light bulb goes on. Now I know why the ear cups were dirty - THEY WERE NEVER SENT IN FOR REPAIR AND WHY WHEN I CHECKED THEY MAGICALLY CAME IN 10 MINUTES AFTER I CALLED- THEY WERE THERE ALL ALONG. What a scam. I called back and said I was p****d off. The front desk clerk they were in the back and he would tell them what happened and would I like to be called back. I really wasn't interested in talking to them, but based on what happened you'd think they would like to attempt to vindicate themselves. No call back I'd stay away from these thieves like the plague Their commercials portray a company that cares not rips you off. STAY AWAY, USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I sure wish those owners who appear in commercials will read this review and comment back but I highly doubt it will happen.

I had a pellet implant on March 12, 2025. The practitioner used steri strips to close the site. She…read morethen left and the technician was to put a clear cover over the steri strips. Three things were done incorrectly. 1. No preparation was made to the skin prior to the surgery. No scrub or alcohol, etcetera. 2. Due to the lack of preparation, the steri strips did not adhere to my skin. 3. The technician failed to use a large enough clear cover over the steri strips, so when the steri strips detached, so did the covering. See attached image.
